Beautiful Home!
My Mom and siblings and I stayed here for our annual vacation together. The house was so comfortable and so well stocked! We loved cooking together in the wonderful kitchen. The decor was so welcoming and very high standard. The bedrooms were all very comfortable. We loved the back deck with the water structure over the rocks. This was absolutely one of my favorites!!

The perfect Fall getaway
We spent a girls’ weekend at this beautiful cottage in the Highlands. Located a short walk to Mirror Lake, the leaves were in full bloom making the outdoor areas even more enjoyable. The cottage was spotless clean and everything was in great working order. Despite being just a short drive to all the area’s amenities, attractions and restaurants, it was like we were alone in the wilderness. The folks at Evolve were fantastic to deal with…a special thanks to Bee! Bravo!

Birthday/Anniversary get away
This mountain home was such a comfortable stay for all of us. The two bedrooms upstairs were very spacious and had plenty of storage for belongings and had comfy beds. Soaps and amenities provided in both the upstairs and the master bath were very much appreciated as were the numerous fluffy towels. The primary suite was quite large and had a great view of the cascading mountain stream outside. The bed was comfortable and again the amenities were great. This is a very well appointed, beautifully decorated home that we would be very happy to visit again. The owners were super responsive to a problem we had with the fireplace and did everything in their power to resolve the issue. We wanted a comfortable place to relax with good friends and this location most definitely fit that criteria.

Perfect Highlands Stay
The house is such a gem. My husband and I visited the area with our young girls (5 and 7). It is impeccably decorated without feeling stuffy, has lots of space, and all the necessities for it to feel like home. We had a small issue with the dishwasher over a holiday weekend, but the property owners addressed it quickly and were apologetic. It is in a prime location close to Highlands and other surrounding sites. We fell in love with the area and can’t wait to visit again! We would definitely come back to the house!

My wife is a professional artist and decorator—she knows “mountain charm “ — and this home has it! Chefs Kitchen, and great reading rooms warmly decorated by the owners. The water feature just makes each glass of wine 🍷 taste that much better ! Evolve staff very attentive

Cozy vacation spot
We had a lovely stay at the cottage. The home was beautifully decorated and nicely appointed. The beds were wonderful and the kitchen was fantastic. Top notch appliances and china. We especially loved the sun room with the view to the little waterfall. We had our morning coffee here. Also, excellent location for neighborhood walks and only 5 minutes to downtown Highlands.

Absolutely beautiful house! Lovely decor! Great outdoor living space! Close to downtown! We made reservations to three restaurants and they were no more than 5 minutes from the house. Outstanding kitchen with anything you would ever need. The weather was not great for our stay but we made the best of it. Would love to stay there again!

We’ve rented many houses in Highlands. This was a perfect house. It was very comfortable, well provisioned and in a great location. We definitely recommend this lovely home. The only thing was the chilly weather. We wanted to sit outside on the lovely porch. Thank you to the owners for sharing this lovely home.

The entire process and accuracy of listing was exceptional. We enjoyed cooking in a very well equipped kitchen and spending time together gathered around the fireplace. We spent our days in Highlands and Cashiers. It was a beautiful long weekend and we look forward to returning soon.

We had a teacher get away and this property was so much more than we could have asked for. The whole town lost power for about 6 hours one day. The owners were in constant communication to assure we were safe. They went out of their way to help us in way we needed. Highly recommend!!❤️

Great girls get away
Went up to Highlands from Atlanta. It was close and the property was just beautiful. We were in a comfortable and well decorated space. The beds were SO comfortable and cozy. We will be back for sure.
