Perfect in many ways!

Perfect spot!
Had a wonderful stay at The Prospector. The location was great, the townhouse was clean, spacious. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. It was great to be able to park in a garage! And laundry is always a plus. Marcia was responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

House is awesome. Has everything you could need plus some. We came over prepared since the last place we stayed in keystone a few years ago didn’t provide much. This one covers almost everything.

Great Place, very clean
Stayed here with my family for a long weekend. Hill City is a great central location in the Black Hills with easy access to the tourist attractions. Place is very clean great living room and kitchen. The view from the deck is amazing.

We loved the house.
It was perfect for the 6 of us. It was very clean and fully functional in every way. I did suggest to the property manager that some grab bars in the shower would be good, especially for older adults (our age ranges are 63 to 77). Otherwise the location was great as well as the view and the home.

Would stay here again if another S Dakota trip was planned
Loved the Prospector VRBO. Could not have asked for a better central location for sightseeing. House had everything we needed for cooking, bathing, sitting on the deck, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Time
Really nice. We mostly enjoyed the fabulous views from the front deck. When we were home, that’s where we spent our time. We came to do some atv-ing and did that for 2 days and we really enjoyed it.
