Perfect Location! Perfect Villa!
What a beautiful villa! My husband and I stayed here for a week in January. Very well-appointed condo. The attention to detail is superb with everything we needed from comfortable bedding to kitchenware, down to paper towels, dish soap and beach chairs! Tracey and Steve have used every inch of the layout of this condo purposefully with the guest in mind. Exceptionally clean and fresh! The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, just the right amount of firmness. Plenty of storage space for clothing for two people for a week. We always choose to unpack and not live out of our luggageOn site laundry on the same floor if you need it. The water pressure was excellent, both in the shower, bathroom and kitchen sink. Great, powerful exhaust fan in bathroom that keeps the humidity level down. A perfect little setup for hair and makeup just outside the bathroom which I liked very much. No competition with who gets showered first! A compact yet efficient kitchen area that was great for fixing a quick breakfast with a fresh pot of coffee before you start your day. Powerful heating/air unit so you control the level of the room temperature desired along with ceiling fans. The perfect small balcony was a great way to enjoy my morning coffee in one of two very comfortable cushioned chairs. Very nice sized refrigerator (with ice maker) ample enough for a week's worth of food, drinks and to save those leftovers from restaurant dinners. Nice microwave/convection oven combo to reheat

Anniversary Stay
Clean and well appointed/cozy 1-bedroom villa. Property conveniently located on Hilton Head Island w/ both pedestrian and bike access to the beach. Found the hosts of villa to be most gracious and kind. Overall rating … excellent unit/property amenities including new parking lots and drive lanes. Will definitely visit again in the future.

Perfect villa for party of 2. Well maintained and updated and central to everything. It contained everything we needed for the week. Tracey and Steve are fantastic hosts who have paid great attention to detail including providing beach bikes, chairs, towels, and umbrellas. We're already looking forward to another stay next year!!

Great Location
The condo is small but beautifully decorated and set up with everything you need to make your stay perfect. No need to bring anything but a cooler for the beach. Access to bikes or a short walk to restaurants and shopping allow for a relaxing time on this wonderful island.

Great Stay in Hilton Head!
Made our first trip to Hilton Head and were so fortunate to spend it at Tracey and Steve’s place ! They were such great and welcoming hosts. Their unit was perfect for my wife and I. Has an easy walk down to the beach and an easy walk to restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Highly recommend staying here for your HHI vacation!

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing vacation in this lovely villa! Tracey and Steve were such gracious hosts! The villa was immaculate and very well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked and complete with beautiful dishes and cookware. The towels and bedding were of very good quality. My husband and I especially enjoyed the bicycles that Tracey and Steve provided ! The balcony was an excellent spot to enjoy morning coffee and the beautiful ocean view. This is our second time staying in this condo at Seaside Villas. We have stayed in others, but this one is always so clean and comfortable. This is a perfect location for walking to the Coligny area. You have beach views and just a short walk down to the sand. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive.

The location is fantastic. Walking distance to bars, shopping, grocery, restaurants. Beach bikes included and were in great shape. Nice pool. Not a lot of space for wet towels and suits. Bedroom is as you enter the unit-threw me off a bit.

Beautiful little villa, perfect for two people!
We enjoyed this beautiful villa to celebrate our anniversary. Great location, small but well appointed and perfect for two. We especially enjoyed that it provided two bikes to enjoy all the pretty bike paths of HHI. Easy check in and hosts were available if we needed them but everything was fine and we didn't have any questions. Look forward to coming back next year!

Awesome cozy Villa
We were very pleased with the Villa. It was extremely clean. The linens and towels were of high quality. The Ocean view was awesome. Tracey and Steve take pride in this property. Although the kitchen area is small, it was perfect for two people. Parking was great either inside or in the lot. Having a gated property is also a bonus. I would recommend this Villa.

Anniversary
My partner and I began our relationship in 2017 and stayed at this villa, so we returned there to celebrate our 7-year anniversary. The villa was as clean and comfortable as we remember it. This time we had beautiful, sunny weather and were able to use the bikes. We also enjoyed spending time at the beach, which is just steps away, as well as the pool. The villa is tastefully furnished and decorated, and has a nice deck with comfy chairs and a view of the ocean. The complex is also very quiet and peaceful. The owners take great pride in making sure their guests are comfortable during their stay, as is evident in the amenities provided. It has sweet memories for us and we hope to return one day in the near future.
