Best location on HHI!
This condo is just darling, and has every amenity you could possibly need. The community has the biggest pool on the island, plus two bars and a restaurant, and is located within a ton of restaurants and shops. We stayed at HHI Beach & Tennis Resort two years ago but not this unit, and this one has a far better view. Waking up every morning to the sun coming up and flooding the living area, and seeing the moonrise over the water with its reflection shining on the balcony. The lighthouse display is really cute too. Lots of places to plug in your USB chargers, or you can just use theirs. Didn't use the kitchen except for the fridge but the layout was basic and clean. The TV in the living room is huge, and the bed was very comfortable. We used the bottom bunk to put our suitcases, and the top bunk for all the pillows they offer. The bathroom is small but other units have a door where their shelf unit is. But the rain showerhead and handheld unit was a special touch we appreciated. There's been other things they have done to this place that make it more spacious and offers storage. The little shelves in the bedroom and the phone chargers with slots to put your phone, the side table with hidden USB ports, the cacophony of USB cables on the bottom of the lighthouse display for a start. It was very quiet in October, and when I was enjoying the pool I noticed a steady stream of people heading to the beach with their wagons similar to what the hosts have on their balcony. We

The View was Amazing
Ocean views were exactly as stated. The weather was cool on our few days there so we didn’t go to the beach. The balcony with the bar height chairs was perfect for watching the waves. The unit is supplied with beach chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon to hall it in. Would be perfect for a beach trip. The unit was supplied with a Keurig and a coffee maker. We enjoyed both. Definitely need a car to get around.

What I enjoyed most was all the little amenities and considerations by the host to ensure a wonderful stay. In addition to the normal dishes, etc. For example, 2 kinds of coffee makers depending on your preference with sugar. If you didn’t want to read the house manual online there was a printed version on site. Everything was clean and in good shape, working order. The view faced the ocean directly and sitting on the balcony listening to the waves without having to get all sandy in the process was a perfect dream. There are lots of cable channels - though who has time to watch TV when the beach is right there. 6 different kinds of beach chairs, tables, umbrellas were provided and the thoughtful gesture was a wagon to carry it all in. The host communicated often throughout the process, welcoming me, and providing helpful hints. Like when the sunrise was! I would have missed it that first day and it was glorious! I appreciated the final email with reminders on removing trash, etc. so I didn’t have to go look up the directions in the rental agreement. We had a brief power outage which tripped breakers, and the host responded within an hour on where to find the various reset switches. It’s such an uncommon thing, but the host was very responsive. As a single older woman traveling by herself, I felt very secure and safe in the condo. It’s a simple 1 bedroom beach house with lots of charm. I will definitely return again.

Very beautiful well kept property, has everything you need, all you need to bring is yourself, everything you need for the beach the owners provide, we had a wonderful time and are planning on going back next year but for two weeks instead of one!

Great ocean front condo
Out stay was amazing. Great location at the Beach and Tennis Club. Ocean front with amazing views. A lot of beach amenities- chairs, umbrellas, etc- that made it very easy to get out to the beach everyday. We had a fantastic time and would love to stay here again

Property had a musty mildew odor. Sofa was grungy. The “third and fourth” Beds were very literally tiny porthole bunks in the wall of the entryway. My 20 year old slept terribly and is only 5’ tall. Can’t imagine how anyone else could possibly enjoy resting in those tombs. The view of the ocean was nice. The odor and the bedroom situation greatly disappointed. Will not book again.in this area of HH.

Wonderful beach stay in HH
Great location 1-2 minute walk to beach. Property faces the ocean with a full unobstructed view- even better if you can get up early for the sunrise. Bedroom & bathroom are not large- but all the important things are covered: comfortable bed, adequate storage, great shower (water pressure). Kitchen is well stocked- coffee maker and microwave work well. The place is immaculate, the owner is communicative, and the “owner’s manual” is the most comprehensive I have ever seen explaining how to operate the TV’s, etc. Also- beach chairs are comfortable, umbrella is easy to set up, and there is a cart to tote it all to the beach.

Loved the view and location!
Everything was great at this place, great views straight at the ocean, high enough to see the surf and easily walked up to when we didn’t want to do the elevator. Very comfortable bed and chairs, lots of beach equipment and great tv/sound. Rented bikes on site which worked great and the location was center to other things we wanted to do on the island. Would definitely recommend to others.

Return Visit just as good as first one
This was our second visit to this location which included an 18-19 hr drive from Canada, so obviously we like it. Main highlights. The place is exactly as advertised, perfect for 2 people. You could have more stay but I think it would be cramped. Excellent view of the beach, close enough to hear the waves crashing. Excellent view of sunrises. Nice wide beach, very hard pack, so easy to walk on or even ride a bicycle on it. Hosts are very communicative and eager to help. They provide very detailed instructions and check up on you to make sure everything is OK.

40th anniversary celebration
What a great place to celebrate our 40 th anniversary! This condo has everything and more! The closest building to the ocean made it absolutely gorgeous for sun and then star,/moon gazing! We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and loved hearing the ocean all day! Ambrose was a great host! Accommodating our change in dates and times checking in and out! Hope to return someday.

Ambrose & Barbie figured out all the key ingredients to utilize a small space most efficiently. The decor is very tastefully done as well. Their attention to detail on every possible scenario of stocking what supplies one might need while there is nothing short of "simply amazing". Of course, the view alone, can't be topped. It could not have been any cleaner. And all this is only part of what made our stay perfect. These 2 hosts are the most caring for their guests than any others we've ever encountered. For us, it will forever go down as our most memorable in all our travels.
