This rental is great for the price! It’s a little walk to the beach but not long. The condo had everything you needed as a guest. Would recommend.

My husband and I stayed for 5 days and loved every minute! The property was just what we were looking for. Very clean and comfortable! The pool area was lovely! The onsite restaurant/tiki bar was perfect and super convenient! We plan to stay again in the future!

Great location, poor HVAC air quality
Great access to pool and ocean, well equipped for beach needs. The only negative gripe was their HVAC system which smelled of musty/mildew air; this was reported and hopefully has now been replaced.

Great quiet condo!
Overall condo is great. Exactly as described. Great for family getaway for our family on Labor Day weekend. Everything was accessible by walking or biking. Restaurants on premises. Only negative thing we have to say about the condo is that one of the bathroom shower curtains had mold. We would rent again.

Terrible communication and fully disappointed
I rented this vrbo and my plans had to change due to an emergency trip that came up. I contacted the host 1 week prior and never received a message from the host. I did receive a message from Evolve (I assume the management company) that they would have the host contact me. Nothing! I then contacted them since I never heard back and to let them know we would try to use 1 night so we didn't miss out on the rental. Still, no response. Ultimately, we were unable to make it on the trip. I understand I cancelled past the date to get a refund. However, I reached out to them AGAIN after the weekend and asked if maybe they could refund the cleaning fee as the condo was never entered into/used/checked into/etc. CRICKETS!!!!! It would be nice to get responses to my messages at least. And I really don't see why I would have to cover the cleaning fee when I'm sure they didn't have the condo cleaned since it was never checked into. I hate to give this condo a 1 star for everything, but I had to put stars on all categories to fill a review out. Hard to know the cleanliness/check in process/etc when I was never there!

Little beach treasure
Comfy and beautiful apartment. Perfect for a trip to the beach with family or friends. Small 2 bedroom space, with everything that you need. 5 minutes walking to the beach. Olga is great with communicating and every body at the condo is kind and helpful. We loved our time!

Lovely Weekend Getaway
My family of 4 loved staying here! We were in town for a long weekend and it was the perfect place for us. The walk to the beach was not bad (a wagon is a must) and the pool was awesome! It was exactly as described. My only issue was that I wish there was more seating in the living room. We will definitely be back!

Great deal overall
We didn't receive check-in information until I reached out after our check-in time. Could have just been an email error. Our property host contact was helpful once we got their contact information. Cleanness left a little to be desired. Bedsheets had stains on them quarter sized and larger. No comforter on beds. Smart TV system they use took at least 10 minutes to boot up and work. For a beach condo, overall it was fine for what we paid.

Overall the condo was perfect for our family with 2 young kids. They were very accommodating to us and any requests. Everything we needed was there, including all of the beach items you’d need! Definitely recommend.

Great Stay in Hilton Head
The condo was clean with all of the needed amenities to get us started! There was plenty of room for our family of four with a storage area for our beach gear and luggage in the closets. The condo area was close to the beach with tennis courts, pools and playground within walking distance. We’d definitely stay again!

Beautiful area Nice Condo
Condo had everything you needed for your vacation. The complex also had a gym tennis courts fishing and restaurant within a 5 min walk right on the beach. Easy check in process and the owner was very quick to answer all messages

Great for a family with grade school age kids
Very clean and nicely decorated! The walk to the beach was a little longer than I would have liked, but not a difficult walk. Also, not enough seating in the living room, but we realized this ahead of time, so I purchased some small folding seats for my kids use in the living room.

Nice Unit
This is a nice place. The bedrooms are comfortable and large and the bathrooms are decent with a full size shower/tub. I made the mistake of thinking this unit was in Ocean Villa C when I booked it. Instead, it is in the Tennis Villa C, which is quite a bit farther from the pool and beach. My wife has a bad knee, so we drove closer to the pool and parked instead of walking. But, our only real complaint is that the sofa comfortably sits 2 people. With four of us, I had to drag one soft chair from the other side of the room and brought one chair in from the deck because it had a cushion. A larger sofa, or an additional love seat, would have been nice. But, overall we liked this condo.
