Had a lot of trouble to make it to Devon from London and the owners helped me through all the process, giving me information about check-in and check-out dates and how to cancel the first night when I couldn't make it there at time. "Staff were lovely and the room had a couple of extra touches I wasn’t expecting like bottles of water. The only thing that I would say tainted the stay was that I couldn’t turn the heating off in the room and with the room being small and at the top of the building, it was so, so hot.
