"This cabin was even better than the pictures. The mowed hiking trails were stunningly beautiful and they took the time to make a map of them including mileage. Its helpful that they are all loops so you don't get lost. There were deer all around. The beds and loveseat are comfy. We only found 1 blanket (besides the bedding)so bring blankets if you like naps and snuggling. The place needs an outdoor table and also a nightstand. Nice dry firewood is provided along with outdoor candles. Very nice!...

" I wish we could’ve stayed longer but unfortunately I had to swap out the overalls for a suit and tie and back Chicago. The bird songs will be just a dream! My dog Mickey now knows the word canoe and will miss jumping in and out and dozing off while we (my husband as well) lazily paddled around! We (all three!) will definitely be returning! "Such a wonderful place. Swimming was easy for young children at the pier. Rented their pontoon w/slide, probably the most enjoyed event for the kids. Newly renovated and well maintained. Neatly decorated and all the amenities included. The movie theater was a huge plus for everyone, the popcorn popper also a hit but bring your own prepackaged popcorn. Ryan the host answers his phone all the time and nice to work with. Very pleased!!"

"Lazy bear was extremely clean, quiet and just the right size. We were blown away with the amount of extras that were supplied by the host in and outside of the cabin. Classic cabin feel and look! Easy access to the trail system. Lazy Bear will be our first pick when we’re in the area again. The host was very prompt and we thank you for all of the amenities you provide for your guests!"
