This property is in steep decline. It is filthy with cobwebs along the ceiling, a bathroom fan clogged with lint, broken window shade, and sad broken down furniture. The walls are cracked; the manager said the house was historic, and oh, the painters will come in two weeks. The manager did not know we were coming. He gave us four pieces of bread wrapped in Saran for breakfast for five days’ stay. We looked for a nice place to stay, leaving after two nights (two nights too many) figuring our last three nights rent was a loss. We loved Hobart and are so glad we ditched this dump. Did I say, don’t stay here?
We saw a rating sheet on a subsequent rental unit that defined “one star” as a place that should not be platformed. This place earns that one-star rating.
