"The cabin was as advertised; a nice quiet escape from everyday life. Ryan, the host, was very responsive to my questions, and given that his family lives on the property, respected our privacy. I think I saw his family once in our weeklong stay. "House looks beautiful in the pictures, that’s why I am assuming there are no outside pictures. Not a good area, didn’t feel safe. Didn’t get the address until after the time allotted to cancel but even once I got it shame on me for not verifying the location. Received the access code 2.5 hours after rental started and was driving from MI so was panicking because not much communication and after asking yet again for code it took over an 1.5 hours for her to give it. Was told they were cleaning...

"The home was cozy and clean. The host was AWSOME and nearby if a need arose. The pond and covered dock made for great views and we saw a plethora of fish and other wildlife. Town is nearby yet it’s setting is rural and the Atlantic Ocean is only an hour away. We will be back again and I would not hesitate to recommend renting this to others. "

"We arrived the day after Christmas to a tree lit and waiting in the living room. Plenty of space and easily slept my family of 9. You do need to expect a bumpy ride in, but worth it to be off the beaten path. Such a nice stay!"

The host lives on premises (separate structure) and was very responsive when we asked for supplies like trash bags. Every rental house varies as to the things that are provided by the host. In this case I would bring what you need and want. I think this is a newer listing, so maybe over time the types of items provided will increase. We would stay there again. "
