The website for the house indicated a queen bed and twin bed in each of the four bedrooms as well as three FULL baths and a half bath. As we had four family units, these details were important.
What we found were four bedrooms with queen beds and no twin beds. When we looked further we found a couple of bins with air mattresses. Nowhere in the description were air mattresses mentioned as the twin bed. Even for the twin air mattresses, there weren't enough pillows and sheets.
Further, the house had only two full bathrooms rather than the advertised three. Again, an important detail grossly misrepresented.
Had there not been blatant deception and false advertising of what the house offered, it would have been easier to overlook the other things: dirty dishes in the dishwasher, a massive block of mold in the coffee maker, only nine towels for a house that supposedly sleeps twelve, no trash cans in the bedrooms, and no premade ice or functioning ice maker.
The house has lots of potential and for the right group/family, it would be nice, but the people renting it should be aware of what is actually in the house with the accurate descriptions on the website.
