Rundum zufrieden!
Ben ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, er hat uns freundlich begrüßt und uns die Wohnung gezeigt. Er wäre für Fragen sicher offen gewesen, wir hatten aber keine.Die Wohnung ist echter Luxus, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht! Auch die Umgebung ist einfach nur klasse, sowie die Aussicht. Wir bedanken uns bei Ben und Anne, dass wir ihre Gäste sein durften!

Terrific Stay
Check-in instructions were given by the Host, he walked us through the home and was very helpful. The home is a beautiful home away from home, the views are spectacular since the home is at a great location!You see all the ships passing by, nearby the beach, supermarkets, nature walks etc., PERFECT location.Kitchen is well stocked, anything you need is there. Shower is fabulous, beds are comfy. All in all the home was a TERRIFIC stay and we will be back.Thank you again Ben & Anne!

Fantastic location, fantastic property
A really fantastic property with an excellent outlook. The accomodation is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. You'll have plenty of space to unwind! The accomodation is really well kitted out, and the furniture ìs very comfortable. And if you are worrying about the railway behind the apartment, don't. It's very quiet and even with the windows open you can hardly hear it. Finally, the host, Ben, is super friendly and helpful.

Terrible communication with Host
Absolutely beautiful place. Very clean. Great views of the ships going by. We feel our privacy was invaded. Maybe we are too sensitive? This may be a one time situation as the other reviews are outstanding. Better communication is needed regarding entry of the Apt by the host. We had an issue with no hot water in the bath tub. We informed the host of the issue. We verbally gave approval for him to enter the next day while the 4 of us were gone for the day. He verbally told us, upon our arrival that night, he wasn’t able to fix the issue, which was fine, since there is also a shower in the master bedroom. The following day 2 of us left the Apt and the other 2 stayed at the Apt to relax. The host used his key and entered the Apt. He did not knock, at the door, before letting himself in. Our friends didn’t initially know he had entered until, the Host, was coming out of the Master bedroom. Upon our return our friends asked us if the Host had asked us to enter, for the second time, “ had he asked us in the driveway earlier that morning” when Myself and my husband had left in the morning. We had not. I immediately contacted the host on the Vrbo site that night, and did express my disappointment with his action to enter the 2nd time without our approval. The host replied on the VRBO site, he thought he had approval since he had the approval from the first time. I am assuming this is a one time incident and better communication is now going to be a priority regarding entry.

Schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Lage
Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung. Die Einrichtung ist gut und alles war vorhanden. Positiv sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und der Strand (15min zu Fuß) der auch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz hat. Abzüge wenn man davon sprechen kann, wären lediglich für die Baustelle neben dem Haus (Handwerker fangen ab 7Uhr an) , der Backofen ist nur eine Mikrowelle (etwas klein für eine Familie und die zumindest für mich zu weichen Betten. Im großen und ganzen aber absolute Empfehlung für das Gesamtpaket aus Lage für Ausflüge und den Komfort der Wohnung.

Wieder alles super!
Wir waren schon einige Mal in dieser tollen Wohnung und dieses Mal haben wir sie noch mal mehr genossen, weil das Wetter schlecht war. Der Komfort, der Ausblick auf die vorbeifahrenden Schiffe und die sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung sind hervorragend dazu geeignet, einen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen, egal, wie das Wetter ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Enttäuschung
Die Begrüßung war seltsam zurückhaltend, weil wir wohl etwas zu früh gekommen waren. Die Gastgeberin haben wir in der Woche nicht kennen gelernt. Aufgrund des Neubaus eines Hauses direkt neben uns war an den Wochentagen Montag bis Freitag um 7:15 die Nacht vorbei. Lauter Baustellenlärm und Musik aus dem Radio nervten. Wir waren eigentlich nur darauf bedacht, den Tag außerhalb der wirklich sehr schönen Wohnung zu verbringen. Eine Rückkehr vor 18:00 haben wir vermieden. Die von unseren Vormietern gelobte Gastfreundschaft haben wir leider nicht bemerkt.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche war außergewöhnlich gut. Vom Standort aus sind viele Ausflüge möglich. Insgesamt ein ideales Urlaubsdomizil, in dem wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben.
