"Our experience with ‘Moongate villa’ was disappointing because on our 2nd day, some building works began next door which woke us up at 8.00am in the morning and the cement pouring and flattening machines started working. It’s no exaggeration to say that the whole of our building vibrated to the machines being used. As for the noise all of this created, it was horrendous! The owners of ‘Moongate villa’ agreed to give us 1 x night free of charge. Please confirm that you can refund us this back...

The welcome at reception was non existent along with any volunteered information, too hot for spa! no laundry facilities but still listed on hotels.com also very confusing re parking as on hotel.com no parking but as soon book parking is included!"
