"STAY HERE.... YOU WON'T REGRET IT! This hotel was amazing! It felt like we were staying at the Arconia in the show, "Only Murders in the Building" with it's super grand feels. It is newly renovated/remodeled so everything was brand new looking and beautifully updated. The lobby had such a calm and fantastic aroma when you walked in and the feeling carried throughout the rest of the stay. They prepare your room for you with fireplace videos on the TVs which show how much they truly care for...

"The house was great and well appointed! We had everything we needed. We especially loved the fire pit and ping pong table. It was the perfect size for a family of 6 plus one dog. The distance to Acadia was a bit longer than we expected -- only 25 miles or so but this translated to 45 mins to an hour - depending on the time of day. "

Only downfall is very narrow spiral stair case if you have to get luggage to the loft and they should hang the tv on the wall and get rid of large piece of furniture to be able to put a stand to put luggage on in the master bedroom. "We had a wonderful stay at the Overlook. The view was fantastic, use of kayaks & fire pit was great & we totally relaxed with our pup. The only thing we could have used was info on where the transfer station was, how to get the bedroom TV to work (we figured it out, though) & a starter roll of paper towels. Aside from these minute issues, this is a wonderful cabin to escape to! I’d definitely stay here again! "

"This is super convenient to both Bangor and Orono. This large 2 bedroom apartment is above a 3 bay garage so you don’t have to tiptoe. It is thoughfullydesigned so you have everything your need for either short or very long stays including a large bathroom with a washer and dryer. The beds are extremely comfortable and the sectional couch is a relaxing place to wind down. Very easy entry and great communication with the host. A great bargain!"
