Five stars all the way
Clean and beautiful villa. Perfect location and membership at the Fairmont Pavilion was the icing on the cake. The owners and management company couldn’t do enough for us. Five star and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Beautiful No.7
I cannot recommend No.7 Porters Court enough. We had a wonderful stay and were so sad to leave. The villa was spotless, and a real home from home. It has everything you could need and we were really comfortable during our 12 night stay. The location is brilliant and having the beach passes was an added bonus. Porters Court itself is tucked away and peaceful. The gardens are so well maintained and pretty. Helen, Jeanine and Sheila were all so helpful. I hope to be back some day!

Home away from home
The property was perfect and had everything we needed during our stay. We were able to reach the property manager anytime if we had a concern. We had an issue with the wifi password which was quickly rectified. The location of the property was conveniently located with easy access to the Fairmont property where we enjoyed having access to beach chairs and umbrellas. We would definitely stay here again either with our teenage kids again or with another couple. It’s very well set up for both options.

Wonderful family location
Our family spend two weeks at Porters during the end of July, and we were more than impressed both by the location of the property and proximity to nearby beaches and restaurants as well as the general maintenance and upkeep of the property. Our hosts Helen and Dave were engaging and informative with the property prior to check in, and very helpful throughout the trip, with a ton of local info in Villa to get you around the island. Beds and living area very comfortable and air conditioning worked terrific during the hotter weather. Shiela and the maintenance staff took great care of them property while we were there and were very kind and helpful overall. Jeanine the property manager helped us out numerous times during our stay and made renting a car and getting grocery’s for check in seamless. Definitely would recommend this property with local access to gorgeous beach, and a nice pool on property to relax at. Looking forward to our next trip back to Barbados !

Perfect Accomadations
The property and Villa were perfect! It was clean and well maintained and the landscaping was nice. It felt like a little hideaway. We were so close to the beach, we basically just had to walk across the street. We went to the grocery store and had breakfast and lunch at home and we took the bus out for dinner every night. All the recommendations from the host were great for eating out! Our flight home was delayed 3 days and Helen and her staff went above and beyond to help us for our extended stay. We highly recommend Porters Court if you take a trip to Barbados!

Wonderful holiday
The villa was very clean with every amenity you could wish for. The outdoor terrace was especially lovely. Communication with owner/ manager was excellent. The beach club passes to a lovely beach nearby was a real bonus. We had an amazing stay and would definitely love to return here some day.

Perfect Location
It is a wonderfully maintained property close to the beach, restaurants and other amenities. The host was very responsive and helpful! The property manager was always available to help out and answer questions. We loved the access to the Fairmount Beach Club membership that came with the rental!

Delightful villa
This villa won't disappoint. It was bright and airy with valuted ceilings and a welcoming veranda. The villa came equipped with everything we needed, making our vacation very pleasant. It came with beach passes to the Fairmont Beach Club which made our stay that much more convenient and enjoyable. We highly recommend this villa as it is beautiful and located in a very convenient location, just a five minute walk to the beach.

Lovely villa in a nice location
We enjoyed a week here in a villa that is lovely and well equipped. It is just 5 minutes walking from the beach, and faces on to a private pool shared by just 8 villas in a gated community. Walked distance to several great restaurants including Lonestar. Will definitely return.

Beautiful villa a few steps away from beach
Had a wonderful week in Porters. The villa was decorated to a high standard and had everything you could wish for. Was lovely for 2 friends as we both had ensuite facilities. Location was perfect, literally a 2 minute walk over the road to the Royal Pavillion beach club with excellent facilities. Had a wonderful week!

It was the perfect place to stay during our vacation!
Don't hesitate to book Villa #7 for your vacation. We strongly recommended it. The location is perfect, we enjoyed having our meals outside surrounded by the nicely maintained tropical landscaping and the visit of the birds. The Beach club access is a plus, by 4 minutes walking (Father time it :-), bring you snorkeling gear and have fun exploring at the marine life. Jeanine and her team are awesome, they working hard to make sure that you will have a great memorable vacation!

Lovely Holiday
The villa was in a lovely peaceful location. Myself and my 14 year old daughter could breakfast on the veranda with the sights and sounds of the local wildlife. The pool available for a cooling dip when needed. The access to the local beach and hotel sun beds just 5 mins walk made the holiday and the beach was truly stunning. The holiday was made simple from start to finish as Jeanine the villa manager was on hand to arrange airport taxis and other trips with the ever helpful Max. The villa feels traditional yet it is well equipped with modern decor , spacious and spotlessly clean. We can’t wait to come back. Thanks.

Great family holiday!
We had a fab stay at 7 Porters Court, and a brilliant holiday. The villa is great for a small family (we were 2 adults and 2 teens). It’s only 2 mins walk to Fairmont beach club which is a fantastic perk to have - we went every day and were looked after by beach guys there. We did water sports, swam in the warm sea, and ate/drank in the beach bar. Was good for meeting people there, and they showed live sport on the tv. Villa is 15 min walk to holetown or a few mins on buses which are very frequent and cheap. We went to holetown most nights for food, bus there and back. Climate in Dec was just beautiful, and locals were friendly, it felt very safe. All in all a great holiday and we all want to go back! If we do, we’ll definitely try to book porters court again.

Beautiful last minute getaway
Villa is on a little compound with 7 others sharing a pool. It is a very quiet and safe location, a short walk to the beach. The property has everything you may need, the aircon works wonders, it was possible to order a grocery pack on our arrival too. It is cleaned twice weekly (thoroughly) and was just what we needed.

Beautiful villa
Excellent service by Steve, Amanda and Gabriel. Would recommend and would stay again! Very helpful and friendly and a beautiful villa in a quiet but prime location. Good WiFi and work space too for working from home.

Lovely villa in a great location!
We really enjoyed our stay in Porters Court in Steve and Amanda’s villa. They are great hosts - although overseas, the communication was excellent and the local property manager was very helpful! We loved the pool being right next to the villa - it was always only us in there! The complex itself is very secure and has a great community feel. I would definitely recommend the villa and Steve and Amanda. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Week in Barbados
We had a wonderful stay at this property. Communication with the owner was easy and seamless. We took advantage of the pre-arranged airport transfer which made getting to the property a breeze. The accommodations were exactly as described on the website and we really appreciated the outdoor space. The home was clean and the bathrooms had great shower pressure. For the ladies, it's important to note that nice hairdryers are available in each bedroom. We took advantage of the Fairmont passes and used both the beach and the pool area. The community pool at Porters was a bit crowded during our stay and this was probably due to the holiday season - Overall a fantastic stay
