vacation

We stayed there last year and loved it, this year there were screens broken on patio which are friend fixed as best as he could.. Also the skimmer was missing and pole was hanging, we went to Walmart and bought one, took it home since our friends have a pool. Our friends said there bed squeaks bad. Otherwise love the place and talking about coming again next year.

Great Neighborhood and Location

This house is located in a friendly neighborhood not too far from things to do. The pool was really nice also and our kids loved the palm trees next to it!

A wonderful family and friend vacation!

We had a wonderful week at this house! The house was very spacious and we loved that there were three spacious rooms with large beds and two bathrooms. We loved the screened in porch with small children and being able to sit in it at night. The pool was warm and beautiful, and we loved watching for dolphins, manatees and alligators from the pool and porch. We would definitely come back again!

Great Vacation

We enjoyed our vacation, house was exactly what we expected, a little farther from the beach and where we normally go when in Florida. Town of Tarpon Springs is a nice little town, great Greek Restaurant. Would recommend staying here.

Great View

The house is as the pictures show. There is a screened in porch with table and chairs that we enjoyed morning coffee while we watched the fish jumping in the water behind the house. This house has the best equipped kitchen we have ever rented. Also there was very little we need to buy during our two week stay (hand soap, paper towels, kitchen soap etc) We enjoyed our two weeks and wish it could have been longer.

Family reunion

We went to visit family in nearby Tarpon Springs. It was the perfect spot to visit and get in a few sights. The neighborhood is quiet. The house is inviting and being on the water is the best.

Great vacation house

Had a great time. Only recommendations i have werent a huge deal for us but would improve the property. Need to fix sliding doors to close and lock easier, and put a new handle on the one, also if it were me id put a new front door also id repair the concrete in the pool area before it gets real bad. Same with the dock it needs repairs also. The bed was very comfy but noisy. Also woulda been nice if there had been a ice maker. Id suggest to buy a cheap portable one for the property. These are all just suggestions an didnt bother us at all. Just things that would improve the property. Definitely recommend this house. Beautiful view an had a great time.

Paradise

My family had the best time. The house is wonderful and the beds were so comfortable. The kids had such a great time swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock. A short drive from the many beaches and restaurants. We saw dolphins and stingrays right off the dock! I spent every morning sitting in the screened in patio drinking my coffee and watching the dolphins and fish jumping out of the water. I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay

Total Package

Beautiful views of the water especially at sunset, the girls and I swam while my husband an son enjoyed fishing from the dock. Location was great, quite neighborhood with friendly neighbor, and close to touristy places like Clearwater, and Tarpon springs. We enjoyed Honeymoon Island Beach, def best to visit on a non holiday wknd though.

Fun week

We had a fun week with our grandchildren for Spring Break. They loved the pool, and my grandson loved fishing off the dock. This is a cute house in a quiet neighborhood. The only problems we encountered were the Palmetto bugs, as the southerners call them, and the lack of simple basics like paper towels, and dishwashing detergent, that I have had in all of my other VRBO rentals. There were a couple of maintenance issues like door off of Master bedroom closet, screen door on porch sticks and is hard to open, but those did not detract from our enjoyment. The big issue is the master bedroom mattress that is squeaky, lumpy, and all around old and uncomfortable. The big plus of this house is the close proximity to Tarpon Springs and the beaches.

Holiday on the bay

This house is very well appointed and in a spectacular location. If you are looking for "downtown" this isn't your place. If you are looking to forget about life and enjoy your surroundings - you have hit the mark. With this house you truly have a place to relax and just STOP life - even for just a few days. GREAT Place!!!

Great Vacation Home

The back view is exactly like the pictures, absolutely beautiful! We were lucky enough to have an extra warm week at the end of February! We enjoyed the pool and the screen porch every day! Large couch has been updated, perfect for coffee in the morning with our friends! The home is very comfortable and we found the kitchen well outfitted, except it could use some kitchen towels washcloths and extra garbage bags. Quiet neighborhood with a nice neighbor that looks out for the property. Thanks for sharing your home! We would love to stay here again!

Beds are not comfortable, we had to mop the sticky kitchen floor when we got there, the pool is very nice but not warm enough to be in, the main bathroom sink is very slow to drain, boat rentals are close by but not allowed over night, 4 cockroaches over 6 days, appliances are all new and very nice, kitchen and bathroom remodel is also well done, new/nice couch in the living room. Towels new/nice and the sheets were clean even if they didn’t fit the bed very well in the master

Good stay, nice neighbor (Jim). House needs some TLC. Kitchen was good. We bought new wine glasses as there was Non. Alll beds needs an upgrade. We bought a New matress cover for the kung bed. Good leaving phonnumbers in the house to service provinsers as cleaning and pool Guy.

.Beautiful House

This is a very beautiful house. A couple things I wish had been better. Communication with the host/owner was not good. It would sometimes takes days to respond via email if they did at all. I found the best way to communicate is through text so that helped a lot. It would have been nice to have more than 1 trash bag. We had to go buy some since there was none left in the house. The pool pump is on a timer which is great except it runs all day so if you try to swim you have to constantly watch for it, it would maybe be better set for night. The house itself and location is wonderful.
