"This is a beautiful property and home right on Lake Michigan. Great views and sunsets especially from the lower deck. There was abundant space with a well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. More blankets would have been welcomed. Plastic wine glasses were a plus and having light dimmers was nice. There could be better lighting in the living room area and the deck levels could be better marked to prevent missteps. "We stayed here for my son‘s wedding. We rented the place for the week of the wedding loved everything about it. When VRBO finally reached him, he pretended to "resend" the emails with the entry code after 4:30. "My wife and I were looking for a place within walking distance to downtown Holland for a long weekend, and found this wonderful getaway that is about a 20 minute walk from there. We were also able to walk to Washington Square, which was a neat bonus! The space was immaculate and well furnished, and the owner, who lived downstairs, was extremely friendly and gave us the space we needed. It was just like a hotel suite! Overall, a great experience - we would both highly recommend!"

"Our experience with booking "The Barn" was excellent. The owners were courteous, kind and very professional to interact with. The Barn was clean and very comfortable to stay in. Owners have thought of and supplied most everything you could want during your visit. Keep in mind that you must be able to climb steps to get to The Barn as the main living space is on the second floor and most bedrooms are on the third floor. "
