Family Gathering
My family is located in five states with me in MI. We came together for a life’s celebration of a very special person in our lives. We needed a place that would accommodate our large group and this fit the bill. We enjoyed the trails, game room, theatre room and over all just the great gathering areas throughout the house. We all said we only wished we had more time to spend there. Hopefully we can do this again.

Absolutely wonderful !
This property did not disappoint in any way. From communication with the owners to the condition of the property everything was first class. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one was by far the most impressive. The amount of space inside and out was accurate. A very quiet property located within minutes of everything. If you are even thinking about renting this property, do not hesitate, as someone else will reap the benefits of acting quickly. Paul was wonderful to communicate with and the property descriptions were right on.

An amazing getaway!
We loved our stay at this property! The house is very spacious, and everyone in our group found so many things to enjoy inside and outside. Family Weekend
We enjoyed the property and all it offered. Kids particularly like the lower level with the games and movie theater. The pond was a surprise and this morning we saw two deer at the back of the house.

Girls get away
Girls weekend! Plenty of space! The hot tub is big and nice. The beds and bathrooms are clean and spacious. The kitchen had enough room with a large dining table. We also enjoyed some walks around the property.

Family Friendly Property
I stayed 7 days with my extended family and had a wonderful time! The kids (ranging 3-9) loved all the games downstairs and the backyard was wonderful for them to play in. Location is central to all the activities we had planned as well. We will definitely be coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything that you would possibly need was supplied. Our host was very responsive when there was an internet issue. He went out of his way to solve it quickly. We had age range of 14 to 95 and everyone had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Great home for family vacation
House had everything that was listed. The dishwasher broke down the third day and the owner sent out a repairman that day but it needed a new part that could not be obtained until our visit was over. We were given a partial refund for our inconvenience. Everyone enjoyed the pond, theater, air hockey, ping pong, etc. We hope that we will be able to rent this house again.

This home truly feels like a home. Plenty of room for a larger family. Paul and his wife provide many extra small amenities which are wonderful. Extra beach towels, games, coolers, corn hole and other games, extra refrigerator in the garage. Paul is very responsive if there is any type of issue. We really enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful property and short drive to Saugatuck and Holland. Comfortably slept our three families. We all enjoyed the game room and theater! Good Times
This is what you call a vacation. There is plenty of space for 3 families. Kids had lots of fun with the spacious land. Activities in the basement. Adults enjoyed the catch up time in the quiet neighborhood with drinks and bonfire.

This property was an amazing rental! Lots of room to spread out. Everything was neat, clean and organized. Enjoyed the firepit, the grounds, movie theater, air hockey, large dining table for our family games etc. Paul, the owner, responded quickly to our questions and needs. Relaxing Getaway
What a treat this place was for our family! Nestled in the woods, this home served as such a rest and replenishment for us from the busy hustle and bustle of our normal lives. We enjoyed the quiet, sounds of the pond and creek and walks on the private trails. The game room, movie theater and hot tub were a huge plus. The well stocked home had everything you would need with lots of room. You will have to travel to the next town for groceries but that was ok with us. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place
This place was great! We had a guys golf weekend and this house easily held 10 adult guys. While we were not golfing there wasn’t a lack of things to keep us busy. From ping pong, movie room to the large outdoor space. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to be close to the lake shore but also have your own space!

Great girls trip!
This house was perfect for our girls trip! The house had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and lots of areas for us to gather. We loved the theater setup, hot tub and fire pit. The location was ideal for visiting downtown Saugatuck and wine tasting. We will definitely be back if we do another trip to SW Michigan!

Great getaway!
This house was wonderful, overall. The hot tub was clean and easily accessible, the basement was great with its theater seating, pool table and, pop-a-shot. Comfy beds with plenty of pillows and linens. Very clean as well!

Fun and serene!
We had a wonderful weekend. This home is very clean and well maintained. Our kids had so much fun in the game room and watching movies in the basement theater. They had fun walking the trails on the property and seeing lots of deer in the backyard early in the morning. The owners were very accommodating and instructions for the home were very clear. We have stayed at several different VRBO’s in the area and this one is our favorite so far. We will definitely be back!
