"This is a nice place sitting right on the lake. Property was clean and well maintained, we didnt do any cooking but the kitchen had the basics. Full size W/D made it easy to come home without a stack of dirty laundry. Owner communication was very clear and timely. Off the beaten path and not a lot of people, which is our preference. an hour to Niagara Falls and an hour to Letchfield State Park, which is fantastic. We like the property so much, we booked it again next year. "

"This property is located on a dead-end road so very little traffic. Beautiful views, great location and very friendly neighbors. We went into Rochester a few times and enjoyed our time there, but found we all liked just hanging at the property. Now, I read the reviews about the door lock not being safe and it was disappointing to find after the reviews about this the door still hasn't been replaced. With that being said, the neighborhood is very qiuet and rural. We would definitely come back."

"The property was very nice and cozy. We were traveling with our dog and it was perfect for us. We enjoyed walking through the woods and exploring the frisbee golf course. The view of the lake is stunning and my dog and I enjoyed a sunrise walk. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate the house was comfy and we enjoyed relaxing and spending time with our son. "This farmhouse was the perfect location for us while visiting family that lives only a mile down the road. It is an old farmhouse, so of course there are quirks and imperfections. The most noticeable problem was the window blinds. They are tattered and missing in many places. The holes in the bedroom blinds meant lack of privacy and lights shining in the windows at night. "The house was just as described, very comfortable and well cared for. We had every amenity we could need. I appreciated the hanging rack with hangers in the bedroom when I did laundry and could hang items to dry. The empty shed was perfect to store our bicycles. The house is close to the road, but the road is quiet, so that was never an issue. I'm glad the house was available for our stay in the sweet town of Brockport. It worked out perfectly for us. "

"This was a nice place to stay. Not too far from Palmyra and Niagara Falls which is where we were visiting. The house is older and could really use some work, but having three bedrooms and a parking spot was perfect for our family. The neighborhood is decent. It is good to be aware that the freezer will only lightly freeze food - ice cream will come out almost melty. I'd stay here again if I visited Rochester in the future."
