Andrea was the wonderful host! She was very accessible for questions and provided lots of suggestions for visiting the area for the first time. The beds for the most comfortable I've ever stayed at in a VRBO and having the three seasons room screened in was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning while the rest of the family was slowly waking up. The blue driving down to the neighborhood the views of the water are stunning. HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Plenty of room

The property and pool were great, and the 3 rooms with 3 bathrooms was a life saver with me, my wife and all the kiddos. Look forward to another stay on our next trip to Branson, MO

Summer Vacation with Teen boys

Our stay was amazing! Relaxing and quiet condo. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Pools were not crowded and the sunsets were beautiful. I would highly recommend this place and hope to stay again in the future!!!

Great Stay

Family Trip

We really love this location. It's nice being on Table Rock Lake, where we spend most of our time. It's close enough to all the attractions on the strip and it was very close to other family members who were staying at Big Cedar Lodge.

Exceptional

First, Andrea made sure we knew all about the property prior to arrival. The view, the check in process, how to contact people to rent boats, etc. she let us know the best routes to get where we needed to go. Upon arrival, we went through a haired community. Love this for safety. Then arrival at home. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Mattresses were comfortable. Which is a high expectation of mine. King beds all rooms. There were even committed such as shampoo conditioner and body wash in case you forgot. There were more towels then we could use. Every question I had I could call her and she would respond in just a few minutes to help me out. I would just say the view is exceptional. Customer service is exceptional. And the comfort was exceptional of the property. There is a code you can go swim or fishing that’s a walkaway. there is a pool to swim in. I have no complaints.

June Vacation

The condo was quiet even though families were also staying. The area is beautiful. We didn't go out on the lake but it certainly was peaceful being there. Very clean property.

Wonderful Condo

This was a wonderful condo that was located in a beautiful setting. It had everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. It was conveniently located to all of the attractions we attended. Our host, Andrea Cunningham, gave us many suggestions as to what to visit while in the Branson area. She also gave us very simple and complete instructions about the condo. We had a wonderful time and made many memories.

Hollister vacation

The property was beautiful, well stocked and comfortable. We had a little mix up at check in that was instantly resolved. Owner is very helpful and responsive. Condo was very clean. Even though it wasn’t in the middle of all the activity, it was a quick drive to everything. I liked the location near the lake. It was very quiet and peaceful. I would stay there again.

Top notch

This was by far the best VRBO stay we’ve had. The condo had everything we could possibly want or need. The beds were extremely comfortable with top quality mattresses. I’d give it an A+ overall.

Stay was to short

We had a wonderful time for our getaway weekend!! The condo was so clean and neat and we had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the enclosed porch!!! Can’t wait to come back!!!

Summer vacation at Table Rock

I was very satisfied with the property. The living room furniture was better than I have seen at past properties. The pool was just down the sidewalk. Appreciated all the Covid precautions and available sanitizer

Emerald Bay Yacht Club

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Very clean condo and located in a great area away from the busy Branson vacationers. Would definitely recommend this condo.

AWESOME

This unit was perfect for our family . Love the back porch and spent evenings out there playing cards. Andrea was so easy to communicate with and was quick to answer any questions. We had everything we needed for our stay and would definitely stay there again. Also loved the shuffleboard by the pool.
