Great house!
This is a fun property. It’s walking distance to the beach and a quick bike ride to town. The house has comfortable furniture and an awesome heated pool with a slide for when you just want to stay put. We had a great stay here!

Great Fall Break!
Perfect week at Topsail. The weather is perfect this time of year. This home was very clean and furnishing were well done. The pool was a favorite with my kids and the landscaping of this property was beautiful. My only complaint was that after paying the linen fee I didn’t realize the beds would not be made upon checkin. A little bit of a hassle when arriving late after a day on the road and having to make beds before crashing. But not enough to even take a star off. Great property and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect little paradise
This home was glorious to stay in for a family! I have 2 young boys and the entire upstairs loft was a hit during our stay! The pool and backyard space were wonderful and being able To walk right on to the beach was a great! Everything was there to make It a perfect stay! Great for a big family and lots of fantastic outdoor space! Such a treat!

Surf City Stay
While our trip was cut short by the hurricane, we still enjoyed our time at the property, and will continue to make it an annual family trip. The owners are kind and responsive, and the property is conveniently located. We look forward to staying here every year, and are never disappointed!

Another great summer stay at the house!
This is our second year here and our fifth in Surf City. This is by far the best house just one street from beach access, pool, and all the comforts of home. The bunk room continues to be a favorite!

Exceptional
After coming to Surf City for 12 years, our family has grown. This beautiful home accommodated the very young up to grandparents! The pool was a much needed bonus on days the beach was too windy or rough waters. The kitchen was well stocked and the extra refrigerator and large laundry room we much appreciated. Comfortable beds were an added bonus!

Great Location and Beautiful home
We had a fabulous stay. The house had plenty of amenities and the third floor room was great for the kids. Beach access is just a few houses away, making it very easy to go back and forth. The pool was nice and warm even in April. The home was cleaned and well-maintained. Thanks for a great stay.

End of Summer Vacay
This is the 2nd year in a row that my family and I stayed at this house and my kids were just as excited about it as the first time. Given the option to rent a house on the beach or this house across from the beach, the answer was unanimous. The pool wins! We enjoyed spending the day at the beach and winding down at the pool in the afternoon/evenings while grilling out. The house was just as clean and comfortable as we remembered it. The owner checked in on us and helped monitor Tropical Storm Idalia as it made its way through in the middle of our vacation. We only lost a day and a half at the beach for this, but had the most beautiful days following the storm. We love this house and plan to come back every summer.

Great location
Location was great - two minute walk to the public beach access. Kids loved the pool. When the ocean was too rough or we had had enough of the beach, we would continue the water fun in the pool. The water slide was a big hit. Especially, with the water pump turned on. Beds were comfortable. The kids liked the loft with the cubby holes for their stuffed animals and treasures and curtains for privacy. It was like sleeping in a cave for them. We used the bikes provided as well as the beach chairs. It was nice not having to pack our own.

Perfect Home in Surf City
We enjoyed our stay immensely! The hosts were gracious and easy to work with. We love a beach home with a pool for evening swims between the witching hours of before and after dinner and this pool was one of the best. One of the beds is really, really high off the ground - like, very able-bodies adults had to launch their selves into it but all the mattresses were great. Will be booking again! Thanks!!

Magnificent!!!!
This property is 100% what you are looking for! Just a short 3 minute walk to the ocean. Games for the kids (board, video, ping pong, etc). One of the most relaxing and fun outdoor settings we’ve seen. Like your own oasis! Completely setup for your trips back from the beach (hoses, showers). The kitchen is stocked with just about everything you will need! Plenty of space and beds are nice too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and if we didn’t vacation at a different beach every year, We would definitely book another stay here. A huge plus for us was the laid back area. It was very peaceful and still had enough for the kids (ice cream, shaved ice, shops, touch aquarium). Definitely a five star review all the way around!

Great Topsail Home!!!!
This was our second time staying at this property for our annual family beach trip. We love the salt water pool ~ one of the larger pools on the island! We also love the pristine condition of the home as well as its close proximity to the beach/ocean. We have already booked this home for our 2024 trip!

Fantastic Home
We come to Surf City/Topsail every year and this might be my favorite place yet. Having the pool is a must - the kiddos loved the slide! The house was very comfortable and having chairs and beach wagon there was super helpful. Would stay again for sure!

Good family time
House was very nice. Kitchen equipped well, could have used a couple more dishcloths, toilet paper and paper towels. Ran out of all pretty quickly. Had to wash dish towels every day. Good cookware and plenty of sizes. Pool and grounds beautiful. Owner very prompt with any concerns. Would stay again.

Perfect and enjoyable in every way!
My family and I just returned home after a fabulous week's vacation at this property. My two adult children, their spouses and 3 little ones (ages 2 and under) had a great time! The house was extremely clean, comfortable and well appointed. We loved the upstairs bunk and game room! The short walk to the beach with the three little ones and all our gear was very easy since we were so close to the beach access point. It was so convenient (not to mention enjoyable) for the adults to enjoy the pool and backyard oasis while the little ones were down for their naps. I was so impressed by information shared by the host, her responsiveness to my questions, the location, and the amenities of this rental property. 5 stars all around! We definitely will be returning.

Wonderful stay
This house had all we could need and more. We loved the location across from the beach and were able to ride bikes to dinner, ice cream, the pier, and the touch tank aquarium. We appreciated all the little touches the owner thought of. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing!
This property and it’s location made for the perfect Beach weekend for our family. We were two adults and three children and everyone had an amazing time. The beach access was a short walk, and the beach was pristine. Coming home, dropping our stuff under the house, showering in the outdoor shower, and then lounging in the pool until dinner. We all slept like babies in the comfy beds and plenty of space for us all. The kitchen was well appointed, we stayed in for our meals. Instacart delivered groceries from Publix! We are definitely planning another stay here.
