"I payed for 2 nights I expect the facilities to work there was no hot water the whole stay I'm not been funny but I'd like some sort of refund I wasn't able to have a wash,bath or shower in 2 days why are u taking bookings if u know there's no hot water "

"The lodge and location was outstanding. Situated on Heron Lakes looking across one of the 6 lakes on site with stunning views. Great location to get to the coast and plenty to do on site with walked, bike trails and of course fishing! Great short break away and will be staying here again. "DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER and here is your proof when I pulled in to the car park I thought what have I booked? But what I a lovely surprise bean I went inside clean friendly staff with great clean spacious rooms with equipped with tea, coffee biscuits, towels in the bathroom with shampoo soap and breakfast was very good and plenty of it and served from 06:30 so time to eat it and get to work so 5 stars all round"

"It was a classic cheaper airport hotel. Modern, though a touch dated, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was fine (but no Worcestershire, brown or any other sauces!) and the location was easily walkable to the airport. I’d stay here again the next time I use this airport, and recommend the place. "

"Breakfast excellent. Lovely property and surroundings..Peaceful location with good parking including electric chargers. Friendly staff. We had an executive room in the old stable block. Very comfortable. Strong shower and water very hot. A couple of minor points that would be easy to remedy: a shelf or basket to put shampoo in rather than on the edge or the bath and a towel hook within easy reach of the shower. "
