Lovely place and splendid location
Very clean, small but well stocked kitchen, fantastic sitting room. Rachel was very welcoming and provided lots of useful info. Cley is a great place to stay. Would highly recommend.

Very Comfortable North Norfolk Stay
We had a lovely week’s stay in a comfortable home, despite the weather being mixed. It is an excellent position with plenty of places to visit and to eat. The facilities in the home were good although the kitchen is a little small but overall a great stay.

Back to the barn
We have been before - that is why we came back! The accommodation and facilities are just what we want for a s/c holiday. The enclosed garden is a bonus. We were lucky with the weather too. Rachel is a fab host - she lives next door so keeps everything in good order.

Beautiful barn in a wonderful location
A fabulous barn decorated with high quality furnishings. The small kitchen has everything you could need and the living area is spacious and very comfortable. Top quality beds and it is set in a wonderful location; very close to the beach, pubs and lots of lovely independent shops. Would definitely come back again. Rachel was an excellent host!

Fantastic, high quality accomodation and wonderful location
Gorgeous barn, well equipped, furnished to a high standard. Very comfy. Cley is gorgeous, lovely walks, good food locally. 2 good pubs in the village. Thank you so much Rachel and David and also for the welcome basket too! Much appreciated.

Manor House Barn caters for all ages: travel cot, high chair and plenty of fridge and freezer space for large families. The barn is perfectly located in the centre of Cley and is ideal for coastal walks, bird watching or just chilling in the local pub. The deli down the road has a great selection of cakes and special treats you won’t find anywhere else. Communication with the owner was easy and queries answered quickly . The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a family holiday.

5th time - It Must Be Good
The Barn is a wonderful holiday home. Huge main room with ample bedroom space. Lovely enclosed private garden. Located in the centre of Cley - the G&D pub is round the corner. A great location to visit the delights of Norfolk from. The NWT bird sanctuary is close by with fantastic facilities and beautiful bird life. The owner Rachel lives next door and really cares about her guests. Thank you Rachel for anther great stay at the Barn - we will be back. Chris

Lovely stay
Manor House Barn was just delightful. The space had the wow factor and we loved it. The barn was clean and well equipped. We love to go away to new destinations, this was one of the first that we genuinely felt that although just a 3 night stay, it felt longer and we had really relaxed. Two of the three nights we went to the George and Dragon and it was just wonderful. Great service, food and a two minute walk from the barn. The only very slight issue was no coffee but that was quickly resolved by going to the delightful picnic fayre that had many many fresh items such as pastries, bread etc Highly recommended and hope to return

Lovely, spacious property in Cley
We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Manor House. It is very spacious and well equipped. This is our second visit to Cley and our first at the Manor House but we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. It is a beautiful area with many walks from the property and great places to eat.

A cosy Christmas in Cley
What an amazing week away. Christmas week felt so special with tasteful decorations a beautiful little tree and log fire. The sofas were squishy and comfortable to enjoy an evening by the fire, there was plenty of hot water for a long soak in the bath or refreshing shower. Plenty of soft towels to wrap up in. Although the kitchen is tiny I still managed to cook Christmas dinner for four as we were joined by our daughter and partner for the day. There were all the pots, pans and plates needed. The location is perfect with so many walks right on the doorstep. We didn't move the car once! The village has cafes, restaurants, an amazing little deli and smokery as well as an art gallery, book shop and pottery. We spent lots of money buying beautiful things. We had our two little dogs with us and the enclosed garden was perfect. I imagine it is wonderful in the summer, such a pretty garden. We brought two big sacks of logs with us but you could buy more from the deli. There was a generous basket supplied. The owners were just next door and popped in a couple of times to check everything was okay. We had the most relaxing week and would love to return. It was the best Christmas. How can there be so much to do in such a tiny village? The only thing that would make it even better would be a topper on the mattress as I could feel the springs and so slept in one of the children's beds. It certainly would not stop me returning as it was just perfect in every other way.

Perfect cosy cottage
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the barn. Everything was exactly as advertised - spacious, clean, very well-equipped, very comfortable, and warm. It is beautifully located - a 2 minute walk to the salt marshes and coastal path, near a pub which does yummy food and close to the local deli and fish shop. Yet it was also beautifully quiet and set back from the road. We are looking forward to visiting again soon.

Cley next the water
Loved the barn, it’s a super big lounge but still managed to feel cosy. The owners are next door so if you had any problems I’m sure it would be dealt with straight away. We didn’t need to speak to them as the accommodation was first class. Walking distance to all the shops and fantastic pub.

Fantastic family staycation in a wonderful property
WOW! This property is breath taking! Its absolutely perfect in every way. Tucked away in a beautiful idyllic village. The property was very well equipped and decorated stylishly. If youre a reader, its a real bonus as there are so many books to choose from. The garden was a little sun trap and perfect for alfresco dining or a little glass of vino at the end of the day. The kitchen was small but that didnt bother us one bit, it had everything we needed for our stay. Even on the day we had bad weather there was lots to keep us amused; games for adults and kids plus a fully loaded tv to wyle away those down times. The bedrooms were so homely, the beds comfy with the dreamiest if quilts, pillows and linen. Bathrooms were great, we had amazon rainforest shower in ours, i could have taken hours in there!!! We would definitely recommend this property to everyone and we will definitely be staying again soon. Rachel, was a fantastic host; on hand and so friendly, with lots of local knowledge. Thank you for sharing a special property in a beautiful part of England with us.

Repeat Attenders
I think this was our 5th stay at the Barn - which says it all. This year the accommodation was just as good. Spacious - airy - all mod cons. We came earlier in the year than before and were blessed with fantastic weather - so the enclosed garden was frequently used. Good restaurants and pubs close by and Holkham Beach is a wow!!
