3 bed home near Sherringham
Pleasant village 2-3 miles from Holt or Sherringham. On bus route but car preferred. 100 yards from good pub/ restaurant with good food and beer. Rooms clean and well appointed almost like new in 100 year old converted stable. The house worked well for two adults and two young children for an extended stay in July and August. Missed having a washing machine but otherwise fully ready to go. Just one parking place

Lovely cottage in a quiet village. Near Sheringham and Holt. The cottage had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable as my husband is tall and struggles sometimes. The owner was easy to contact.

Fantastic stay at a great location
This was such a nice cottage in an excellent location. The cottage was perfect and felt at home straight away. There was also a bottle of wine to welcome us there as well! We only had a short break, but would definitely consider booking it again to see more of lovely Norfolk.

Quiet location, quaint cottage
A small quaint cottage that delivered everything we needed for our weekend birdwatching in north Norfolk. Our only issue was with the TV design, and it being up on the wall, meant that you could not plug in an HDMI lead for the laptop as it is facing the wall and inaccessible!

Our holiday at Overton Square
We have had a great holiday while staying at Overton Square, the property has been prepared to a high standard and is very well equipped. It's location is perfect for visiting all the main locations in North Norfolk. We highly recommend the local pub the Red Hart, great food and in a lovely location. We highly recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying in North Norfolk

Not sure what a previous guest on about re road noise- it was blissfully peaceful. Overall stay was lovely. Very nice garden, nice local pub, has everything you need. Appliances very good, super comfy bed and bedding, lovely selection of family games. Place has everything you need. It really is a peaceful and tranquil place to stay, we slept well! It also feels very safe. Paul is a pleasure to deal with and super responsive. Overall I would recommend this place if visiting the area.

Easy to book. Cottage is well appointed and in a great location to get to lots of fabulous places on the north Norfolk coast. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful little cottage
We really enjoyed our stay in this very attractive cottage, which we thought was even nicer than it looked in the pictures. It was very clean and warm and there was everything in it that you could wish for. We spent three nights here and were able to do two lovely long walks as well as visiting Sherinham and Cromer. We finished off with a visit to Blickling Hall, a wonderful Jacobean stately house and gardens. We’d definitely look to come back in the future.

Definitely recommend.. Not as big as in the pictures and road we backed onto was noisy.. Only downside a jumper was left on the chair not sure if left by the previous tenant or the cleaner.. Early check out too especially as you need to strip your own beds...

Perfect hideaway
Had a fabulous short break with my partner and our dog. The cottage was immaculately clean, well equipped, in a fantastic quiet location and the beds were super comfy! Central to all the local places of interest and just a short drive to our nearest beach. We love walking the coastal path and beach so were reluctant to stay inland but having stayed here we would definitely do it again. Lovely little cottage and we will definitely return 😊

Great base for exploring the North Norfolk coast
The cottage was homely and a nice place to relax, as well as a great base for getting out and exploring. Everything was exactly as listed and clean. With the good WiFi and Smart TV the kids could still get their YouTube fix and leave us in peace 😄 With some great restaurants in the area and a tesco and local farm shop only a few miles up the road, you didn't have to travel far if you wanted a few lazy days.
