"From beginning to end, could not have dreamed of a better island getaway, in the Berkshire’s none-the -less. Bill was a wonderful host. Very friendly, responsive and helpful. Super welcoming. The home was simple, quaint, and super cozy. Perfect for a nice long relaxing weekend for both the dogs and people. The views from the sun room were lovely. The deck/patio area had a beautiful view of the water. The fire pit was a nice perk in the evening. Surrounded by water, the place felt so private....

"I was a bit nervous after booking and ready some of the reviews about being a noisy location as I’m a light sleeper. It is a very active neighborhood directly behind large shopping with a railroad track nearby and a flight path directly overhead. However I just played some white noise music on my phone and it was fine. We didn’t spend much time at the house as we were on business leaving around 5am daily and coming back after 9pm. "The apartment was very nice and roomy. Perfect size for our needs. Although the listing did show/state stair access required, I thought it was a two story with bedrooms upstairs. My elderly father whom we came out to visit had a very difficult time climbing stairs. Had some trouble with the code upon arrival but contacted host and she responded immediately and solved the issue. Overall house was clean with minimum issues. I would recommend this house to friends and family and would rent again....
