I was over with a group of Italian students to learn more about English life and culture, and their experience in this beautiful, historical house was perfect. "This place is outstanding. It’s a lovely location in a quiet village a few minutes walk away to the shop and pub and within minutes your in the countryside exploring the WWII history on offer. It’s very quiet and safe and free parking right outside the door. The cottage is very nice and is a mixture of modern bits mixed with old but has a very well stocked kitchen, a large comfy living area, a down stairs bathroom and toilet and two upstairs bedrooms. I will definitely be back."

"The location was pretty nice, being central to the Bury St. Edmunds town center. The location of the room was very difficult to find because the navigation apps we used put us far away from the actual room. We luckily found a mailman who took us to the right location. Other than that, the room was alright and comfortable enough. I’m not too sure it was entirely worth the cost, but it was alright. I’ll say 7/10."

"We absolutely loved our stay in Little Oaks over the new year! We always try to book somewhere peaceful to escape NYE fireworks with our nervous dog and this location was perfect - so peaceful! Rob was very friendly and helpful. The cottage was great - lovely and warm with a full kitchen, comfy bed and great shower. Thank you for a great stay! "
