Beach House
This was our 5th trip to Elbow and this house was perfect ! North end of Island is private so very quiet, with very little traffic . The North dock is also very nice with stern pilings so you don’t have to worry about your personal boat getting beat up by rental boats ! This property has a generator which is very important in the Bahamas.

Wonderful getaway
We had a great 5 night stay at this property. Kevin was fantastic with communication and helping prepare for our trip. He also helped us with some last minute transportation issues we had arise. The house has everything you would need. Plenty of cooking utensils. The kids loved all the water toys on the property. Very close to the settlement and north end dock. We had no issues with dock availability. I highly recommend this property to everyone. Beach behind the house is fantastic and a huge plus. Thanks Kevin for all your help.

Amazing North End Experience!
The Beachhouse was a one of kind experience! Not only was the property beautiful with every amenity imaginable, the location was perfect and the service/host was amazing. Kevin was so responsive answered every little question had a great welcoming Google document and knew lots of people on the island who are more than willing to help us with anything we needed. I highly recommend staying at the Beachhouse -you will create memories of a lifetime and have an incredible experience.!

Property was fantastic! One of the nicest beaches we found on the west side with easy access to the Atlantic. Fantastic sunsets! Quiet, more secluded part of the island. Host was incredibly helpful. Would definitely return.

Amazing beach!
The beach at this house was beautiful! Perfect house for a family with kids. Rent a boat and explore the rest of the island, take a golf cart into town, or just enjoy the beach right outside your back door!

Our Time at Beach House...
Was absolutely incredible! The house was clean and spacious for a family of 6. Also, if you walk out the back door you are on the beach in less than 30 steps. My family and I had a great time and would highly recommend staying here to other travelers. We will probably be back again next summer!

Charming beach house
Family of 5 had a wonderful time. The house was cozy and nice, and the beach was perfect. Kids played on kayaks and snorkeled to find sand dollars and starfish all day, everyday. The sunsets were gorgeous, Definitely our favorite time to be out on the beach and walking to the North. We would love to go back again and again.

Great stay in Elbow Cay
My family had a wonderful time at The Beach House on our vacation at Elbow Cay. The house was right on the beach and we enjoyed daily walks especially at low tide. We saw stingrays and dolphins and met great neighbors at the close by houses. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the wonderful covered porch. It was our favorite thing about the house. We can’t wait to visit again soon !

Awesome Spot
The property provided everything you need to have a wonderful experience in the Abacos. The views are spectacular, particularly the sunsets. The beach out front is perfect for families with young children calm and level. Boat slip was perfect. Host is responsive to all questions should they come up while you are there and the current caretake Ashton was exceptional. Tracked us down in a boat to let us know that he got a tank of gas for the grill!!! Really can't say enough. Enjoy!!

Great Week!
We had 5 guys all over 50 stay for 5 days, primarily to fish. The place was perfect for us. The house is very well finished and well equipped with anyone would even need. It is also at the north end of the island where it is very quiet but close to town. The house is only 3 houses down and within walking distance of the North End Public Dock. We had a 30 foot center console fishing boat and the dock accommodated it perfectly. We were able to hop on and offer very easily. Kevin, the owner, was extremely nice and very communicative throughout the process, from reservation through departure. He also has a wealth of information for anything to do or see on Elbow. I would definitive recommend this house for a family vacation.

Awesome Getaway
We had a great time staying at the Beach House. The owner was very good about replying to our questions and gave us a detailed list of everything you would need to know about Hope Town. The house was very clean and the views from the porch and kitchen are incredible. Very nice living room area with comfy couches and chairs for relaxing. I hope to get back to the Beach House next year.

Waterfront home w/spectacular views.
Great property with spacious living area. Amazing beach, perfect for swimming, sandy bottom and shallow. House is in North End which we love. A little further from the settlement but less busy and more private. We've stayed here 2 years in a row and plan on returning.
