"I recently stayed at The Stay Company for nearly a month, and it was an excellent experience. The location was fantastic, very safe, with a park just steps away and convenience stores nearby. The communication with the hosts was always excellent, and they were supportive throughout my stay. The apartment was wonderful, and I had everything I needed. Overall, it's a fantastic place, and I look forward to returning soon!"

"A very pleasant stay in a beautiful area. A good location for walks in the south of the peak district, particularly up to Hen's Cloud and the Roaches, Gradbach Mill and Lud's Church, and a little further away Miller's Dale & Chee Dale gorge. Nice to have a welcoming couple of slices of homemade cake and a jug of fresh milk on arrival. The accommodation was comfortable and had everything we needed. The mobile service (EE) is not the best from within the cottage through the solid stone walls...

"Ideal location for exploring the Peak district Property was spotless, nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen. Availability of Netflix very nice touch. Property advertised for up to 10, but would think it could be a bit of a squeeze unless several of party were small children. There were 6 of us and it was perfect size"

"We were only staying for three nights which was a shame as could have done with longer.. We found the cottage easily, it was warm, clean and comfortable. Great walking from the front door. "Great for our party of 13 as there was plenty of room for us all and the kitchen was well equipped with cooking equipment ,plates and glasses etc. Some of the rooms and areas look a bit tired and could do with an upgrade (stair carpets, walls painting and floors could be cleaner downstairs) but bathrooms clean and beds comfy. it’s also great to have the farm shop and the pub next door is great - very friendly and helpful and lovely pub meal and service."
