Ocean Shores Salty Kisses
Our stay was wonderful. We had a great time. Did not need anything. Everything was provided for us. Quiet, cozy and homey. The property management group communicated very well. The beach is close and the property is well taken care of. One thing that needs improvement is the entry area. It smelled musty and reeked of wet shoes on rugs that have not been cleaned in a while. Big mud stains on the stairs leading to the living room area. Offputting for sure. All else was fantastic.

Love the location!
It was a lovely home, easy access to the beach and local conviences. Check-in process was delayed due to home not being ready but not a big deal because the management company was very good at communicating this to us. The only crituques i have is there were no k cups for the coffee maker, not enough dish soap for the dishes and no aluminum foil other than that we had an and stay.

Great Place, Be Mindful of Security Cameras
Overall our stay was great, the house worked for what our family and pet needed. I read that there were security camera pointing towards the beach path and towards the driveway which I totally understand. However these are on a swivel so they can turn them. When we arrived they were pointed in said directions, but noticed that on day 2 they had turned the one that should have been pointing at the trail towards the porch and the interior of the house. Since the back of the house is all windows this could mean that they could see you and your family inside the house. I personally felt uncomfortable with this. We are rule followers and respect rentals and this just made us feel like we were always being watched. So just be mindful of their ability to change the camera angles.

Relaxing Beach house
Everything was as promised. No issues but learn how ROKU works because that’s how the TV works, there’s no cable TV. Its nice and quiet, except the ocean of course. Not a light to see at night. The trail to the beach isn’t hard but it’s winding and has a couple of steep sections. It’s near several restaurants and the grocery store, but not quite walking distance. I’d return.

Not pet friendly!
Although this property is listed as pet friendly, their actual policy is very restrictive. I didn’t realize until it was too late to cancel. Vacasa refused to help. They refused to refund any of my money, not even cleaning fee and taxes.

Horrible customer service and communication
This location advertises one 30 pound dog. We have 2 small dogs and like every other place we have stayed we notified company that we would be bringing 2 small dogs. Within 24 hours of arrival we were told we needed to remove one dog, no exceptions. Obviously that was not possible so we had to pack up and leave, with 2 nights still remaining on our paid stay. They provided no options like an extra pet fee or explanation as to why they never told us before we paid that there were no exceptions. They refused to reimburse us for any part of the lost 2 days and nights. Will never stay at a Vacasa rental again.

Cozy and Comfortable
This is a cozy house with everything provided to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was nice to be allowed to bring the dog as well. I would recommend this property for either short or long stays.

Nice place, great location!
Missed on little things: unclean kuerig, dead batteries in remote, grill only had one burner working, no extra garbage bags, no broom in kitchen. Garbage service did not pick up, bins on the road were full. Aside from those, it’s a nice, comfortable place in a great location. Thanks for the memories at Saly Kisses!
