"The apartment was great, conveniently located for Newcastle City Center (within a short walk, or short hop on the Metro), Jesmond Metro station and restaurants and cafes in the local area. Check in via the adjacent Holiday Inn was quick and efficient and access to parking (free with the apartment!) was easy. "0/5 – Worst stay of my life. Plummer House Newcastle was an absolute disgrace from start to finish. The room was filthy on arrival — dirty sink and work surfaces, stained floors, damaged furniture, worn cabinets, filthy fridge, marked and stained chairs, and mugs that looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in months. This is not “student accommodation” or “serviced living” — it’s neglect. The female manager was rude and unprofessional, even trying to make me check out 12 hours earlier...

"This was a very nice comfortable place. We had a little trouble finding it. Was easy to check in and out of. The only suggestion I would make was to put the exterior patio lights on a timer so that they turn off at night— if it’s hot and you have the window open then you have all the light from the patio. But it was very clean and comfortable."

"This was a great experience, I am finishing my second masters and this was a great place to be while working at University of Durham. If I had known it was so nice, I would’ve booked a longer stay. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and I set off the fire alarm using the toaster and they were very patient with me. It was a little warm the only thing that could be a benefit is a fan."

"We had an amazing time at Babymoon over the last few day. We stayed in a wooden yurt and it was very comfortable for our family of 4. The toilets/showers were spotless and I felt very safe due to the current situation.
