"This “apart-hotel” was AMAZING! Ok, yes, it’s not in the “heart” of London, for that go and pay upwards of $700 a night. The staff was great: super helpful, friendly and nice. The Croydon Train Station is a 10-15 min walk. The self-serve kitchen (breakfast) was excellent. Truly recommend this place for a London vacation. "

"Shame on Expedia for not refunding the amount. We did not stay at the hotel. The place said they would send information, which they didn’t. We arrived with our two tired kids and called Expedia because the host did not answer calls, texts or What’s App messages. Then we got texts from another number that stated the room was not clean but we could stay there. A person came out and said her room was filthy. The host on What’s App said they would refund the money but would not pick up when Expedia...

"Very well-organized and they paid a lot of attention to detailing every aspect and documenting it on their website. The self check-in and check-out is smooth and went without any issues. All appliances worked perfectly. The hallway was a bit noisy, especially when other apartments close their doors, it shakes the whole apartment. The check-out is 10 AM which I consider early."

"Bastante bien en general. La comunicación no ha sido muy fluido. Para entrar en el piso hubo problemas en las claves. El piso bastante nuevo y bien cuidado, la limpieza bien aunque eso depende también de los huéspedes de las otras habitaciones. Recomendable para estancias largas por trabajo o similares. Conexión a internet muy debil."

"Cogimos un apartamento familiar, era correcto aunque esperaba más, es pequeño y el nuestro no tenia ninguna ventana, solo una puerta que daba a un patio de exterior que daba miedo. La responsable no habla castellano. Una cosa que me ha sorprendido es los comentarios de los usuarios referente a la distancia hasta la estación de tren, desde luego que no es para ir con niños, 10 min de noche casi en la oscuridad y no es de los mejores barrios...en fin, no volveré."

"We had a great stay in this lovely flat. It's super close to Tulse Hill station, has a well equipped kitchen, great garden and two great bedrooms. It also had a third room that was perfect for working and for a travel cot. The flat is stylish with high quality linens and towels."

"This property ended up what I would call a “ghost property” as there was virtually no communication with the host, no key access, absolutely nothing. The “host” cancelled our reservation the day we were to start our stay saying we didn’t meet the minimum age requirement of 18. My husband and I are seniors and were left looking for alternative accommodation 3500 miles from home. If this property is still listed avoid at all costs."

"It's a great hotel very conveniently located in the Gatwick airport. It's very clean, the rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. The only negative thing is that the room we were given was so far away from the reception, we had a lot of suitcases so it was a bit tough to get there, it was quicker to get to the airport than the room. We are young so it wasn't too much of a problem for us. Overall a good stay and would stay there again."

"La ventana de la habiatacion estaba estropeada y hacía frío y había mucho ruido. No tenía adaptador de cargador y en vez de dejarme uno me lo vendieron a precio de oro, creo que podrían tener un adaptador a disposición de los clientes o venderlos a precio normal. El desayuno de muy baja calidad. Tengo que decir que no me lo cobraron por los inconvenientes de la habitación. Lo bueno es que está muy cerca del aeropuerto y se puede ir cada 10 minutos en autobús por 1£. "

"The only one gym machine is Out of service. They had a sign which says that they are going to fix it as soon as possible but it is not true... I stayed there for a month and same sign was there and nothing fixed. Also, be carefull if you are booking a saturday night because thay had parties until 1:30 am and if you have to wake up early in the morning it is impossible to sleep. They offer you to change your room but in 5th floor you can still hear the noise. It is not a serious hotel at all."
