The hosts’ message about the things to do was very helpful. The master bedroom beds were comfortable. It was good for 6 of us, with 2 being kids aged 7 and 9. Kitchen and dining room might be a bit small if for a much larger group, but was fine for the 6 of us.Steps up to both the master bedrooms

Great host and was everything as advertised. Great place. Only negative is water pressure. Only suggestion is to have a cutting board. May have had one just couldn’t find it.

Property is very clean, well situated, great location and amenities, beautiful view from the decks. The third bedroom, upstairs is small. Fine for kids but not ideal for adults. Overall a pleasant stay.

Beautiful November getaway!
We loved our stay in Suzanne and Ken's lovely townhouse! The decor is chic and relaxed. My husband loved fishing off the dock. The fire table was such a pleasant way to enjoy being on the deck in the cool afternoons The location is convenient to all of the resort and the community of Marble Falls. The view of the lake is spectacular! The only caution is the steep stairway to the second floor - but we went slowly and held on. This truly was a restorative stay for us.

Lovley stay at Horseshoe Bay
We really enjoyed our stay at Susans' & Kens' townhome. It was lovely decorated and it made us feel relaxed with the view of the Lake. We enjoyed walking trails in the area and climbing Enchanted Rock, Wow what a view from the top.

This is perfect for a casual group of friends! We had a pickleball tournament in town and this was the perfect spot for us to rest after a long day. Very comfy and clean.

Wonderful Waterfront Lake Getaway
This property is absolutely wonderful. The townhouse is spacious yet comforting. The bedrooms are perfect as they both have full bathrooms attached to them. The location is amazing and could not be any better. Horseshoe bay resort is right around the corner, and provides another set of luxuries if you are looking for spa days or on site restaurants. This place is right on the water with wonderful lake views from the bottom deck and the top deck. Both decks have large amounts of comfortable seating. There are boat docks nearby for boats to tie up so getting out on the water could not be easier. The hosts are wonderful and attentive. The parking is easy and right out front. They provide everything from a nice dinner table setup, a gas grill outside for entertaining, along with outdoor seating, and outdoor TV if you so choose. We will be back again soon! If you are looking at other places in the area, you can stop looking and just book this property, you will not be disappointed!

Perfect lake get away spot
This Horseshoe Bay condo was the perfect accommodation for our group!! Great lake access with beautiful views from the balconies. The owners were great to work with and offered great suggestions and advice about the area and activities available. I would happily stay here anytime!!!

The best VRBO stay for us yet.
Loved the east facing deck with no sun in the face. Jet Ski and boat slips were very convenient. Permanent neighbors that live on the premises were very welcoming and helpful. The only one thing I would say is the third floor was a little hot at night but able to accommodate with a large fan. We will be rebooking on the next 4th of July

If your looking to getaway this by far has been the best place we have stayed at we will be coming back location is on point and the property owner was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had! We had no issues with anything so we could just relax and have a good time!

The townhouse was as in photos, and is extremely well equipped in the kitchen which was awesome. Bath towels are super fluffy, and beds were very comfortable. The deck is the place to be, and the lake views are mesmerizing at night with the moon shimmering over it. We didn't use the upstairs bunk room, as the stairs are so steep its really only for kids to safely get up there. We had 4 adults and no one was keen to try it. The A/C worked really well, and we loved the Weber grill for lunch/dinner. The townhouse is in walking distance of everything the resort has to offer, great location. When I'm in need of some 'lake time R&R' I'll be back! Hosts were great with communications too. THX!
