Excellent property and location. Amazing hosts
Perfect both for a short and long stay. Really well equiped. Great backyard and outdoor area. Lovely living room with a nice fireplace. We had the opportunity to bike around...please do it to know the place as a local. Matt and Debra, as very good hosts, were always there to help and assess. Could come back again without hesitation.

Excellent Stay
This home was absolutely perfect for our family. There were five of us plus my father in law. We had plenty of room. We were in the area for a youth sports event and wanted something more than a hotel for our down time. This place was perfect. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this was at the top of the list. The paint was fresh, the furniture was nice, and the home was well stocked with the essentials you need. The kitchen and bathrooms were all updated and nice. The owners were also very accessible and wonderful to deal with. We would and will book this property again. No question.

A Wonderful Retreat
My family and I gathered from around the country for several quaint days at The Eagle's Nest for a relative's wedding. While we were away for the ceremony and other sightseeing in the Greater Houston area The Eagle's Nest made for a wonderful retreat. We enjoyed our drives through the neighborhood, the winding paths and canopy of the trees throughout. My father especially enjoyed his mornings on the back patio and evenings on the leather armchair, daily rituals from home that he could continue so many miles away. Very thankful for the highly communicative hosts who made their home available to my family in such a welcoming manner. Thank you!

Another great stay here
This is our 2nd time to stay in this home. The house is clean and well supplied and very comfortable in the Houston heat and humidity. The house is located in the heart of everything - we had no issues getting to stores and shops in the area all within a 10 min drive. The neighborhood is also very quiet and walkable. Really enjoyed the stay.

Very nice stay
The home is in a nice neighborhood close to walking trails and pretty much everything you might need near by in terms of shops and grocery stores. The home is really nice with a small yard in the back and a deck. The bedrooms were all decorated nicely as well as the home in general. Overall, we really liked the house and enjoyed our stay - we felt very comfortable there.

Great Vacation Home
We really enjoyed our week long stay at this property. Foremost Matt and Debra were great in communicating with us and ensuring that we had all of the information that we needed. It was great having a very well stocked kitchen for cooking our breakfast and other meals. We really appreciated the games room in the garage that allowed for some fun ping pong and darts. We also really enjoyed hanging out on the deck enjoying all the birds and squirrels under a great tree canopy. We would definately stay here again.

Wonderful stay! This home is definitely a ‘home away from home!’ Clean, tasteful fun decor, comfortable bed and furniture, well stocked kitchen, fenced yard and ping pong in the garage. Great Home Base
We were in town for an athletic event and Debra was quick with support for any needs concerning area. There were no needs concerning the house as it was wonderfully prepared with everything needful. And more. This was a great place to hang out with our kids while we were in town for a Highschool athletic event. Highlight for the kids- They loved the garage, ping pong and the spotlight on birds/birding. Lovely place and lovely owners. Will book again when we come next year!

The Perfect Place to Stay!

Great family house
My wife and I stayed here with our two grown children, their partners and our little dog. Everyone was comfortable and happy. Great back yard for the dog. Nice bedrooms for each couple. Great open areas inside and out for hanging out. And a ping pong table in the garage was a big hit. Owners obviously care about the home and stock it with everything you need.

My wife and I met my cousins from Oregon in the woodlands for my brothers wedding. We rented a house that was 5 minutes from my brothers house. The house was very clean and met our expectations. Amazing home with great features!
We loved this property and are planning to return to one of this owners other properties - The Peaceful Perch soon. The game room was awesome!! Darts, ping pong, card table, and sitting area to watch movies. Just be careful of the different room levels from entry to all other rooms and into family room. They can be tricky after a few drinks.

Extremely Clean and Cozy Eagle’s Nest
Our family of 3 enjoyed our stay at The Eagle’s Nest. The home was super clean and everything was in tip-to shape. The check-in process was nice and easy. The online listing pictures are great, but I recommend seeing for yourself just how cute this home is! We loved the bird theme throughout. There was great attention to decor and detail. Communication with property manager was great! She was quick to respond and very accommodating. The location and neighborhood was very cute and convenient. I would give The Eagle’s Nest more than 5 stars, if I could. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay Debra!
