Family fun
The kids fished, and we went to the boardwalk for some fun. They also enjoyed the pool table, darts and outdoor activities The fire pit out back was fun on the cool nights. Large home and yard.

Great house - spectacular views!
We stayed for 5 nights with our family of 10 adults and 3 kids. House was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to feed and entertain everyone. Ralph was awesome and always available for questions and help if we needed it. Definitely would book this house again!!

Great Home!
My group and I came down for the Lions vs Texans game and we were blown away by the spaciousness and location of the home. More than enough space for all 8 of us comfortably! We loved the home and all it had to offer. The next time we’re in the area, we will definitely stay here again if available!

BEAUTIFUL!!!
This was the PERFECT home for 14 of my family & friends to gather and celebrate my 40th Birthday. Our check in process was seamless thank to Ralph. Waking up to the beautiful sunrise every morning was breathtaking. The home is equipped with EVERYTHING you need and the pools & hammock was perfect. We traveled to downtown Houston each day which was 30-45 min away on the weekend. I couldn't have asked for a better place to bring in my 40th Birthday. If you need a spacious home with a beautiful view don't hesitate to book this home.

Breathtaking views
The view alone is worth all the money that we paid. We were a small group that stayed in this house. It was the views and pool that sold us. A plus we were not expecting was the use of a golf cart. My husband and kids enjoyed this more than I enjoyed the view and in fact, I'll probably have to get him one for Christmas now. The views from the master bedroom was absolutely amazing and all of the entertaining possibilities was fantastic. I would stay here again, if given the choice.

Spacious rental
We had a remarkable four night stay. Just regret we didn’t stay longer. The view was spectacular and it was just a short distance from the Kemah Boardwalk. This rental was very clean and the overseer (Ralph) was so helpful in making sure we had everything we needed.for an enjoyable stay. And Clay the host was helpful in answering any of questions of concern. Looking forward to coming back again and will highly recommend it to others.

House is fabulous gated very private. We are a3 generation family. Due to hurricane Beryl pier was damaged and off limits so fishermen of the family was disappointed. But we all had a wonderful time playing games and visiting. It rained 2 of 3 days so we were mostly inside

We had a great time! The house is very well stocked and the location/view make this such a great place to gather. The golf cart was a must have for easy access to the boardwalk and we were in the pool for hours each day. We would definitely come here again!

2nd time - visiting and better than before
we loved the property, location, amenities and everything you need is close by, from great restaurant food, entertainment, walmart/target, liquor, gas, fast food, home depot, auto zone just across the highway, GREAT LOCATION and GREAT HOUSE we knew what to pack and theres plenty of fishing gear, pool toys, bikes in the garage to use Ralph was amazing and helpful in checking in and out, definitely coming back a 3rd time and making it an annual trip to same the house year after year plenty of space, towels, refrigerator and freezer space, SUPER CLEAN and no bugs - mosquitoes are out sometimes at morning/evening everyone had fun and looking forward to coming back

Best communication with host ever. Like we had a concierge. High points…ample supply of paper goods, shampoo, basic soaps, coffee filters, beach towels, great floor plan, and water view Every store you need is close. Restaurants and attractions are nearby also. ALL 13 of us loved this home!

Beautiful Location and lots of space!
This house is dated, however, everything was clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. There is plenty of space with very comfortable beds. The Master Bedroom facing the bay is ENORMOUS! The kitchen is stocked with anything you may need and they even provided a wonderful gift basket with snacks upon arrival. The property manager met us and gave an initial tour of the property, which was very nice. There are many remotes for fans and lights, so you need the information he shares. :-) There is plenty of parking and the property is gated and private. The pool heater wasn't working, so we were a bit disappointed with that and didn't get to use the pool.. also, the golf cart is an extra charge per day, so be prepared for that payment if you want to use it. It is great to have it though! You can run around in the local town for dinners, a fancy coffee or ice cream without having to move your car.

AMAZING VRBO
Me & my wife and couple of our friends from new york city stayed at clay's house for the weekend and when i tell you it was our best vacation home yet ! loved everything about it , ralph the grounds keeper was very helpful and super nice would recommend this to everyone with a bigger party of people to come stay at clay's house , loved every second of it !

Great family retreat!
Beautiful and convenient- view was amazing and we loved the sunrises. Pools were perfect for our grandchildren ages 2-15. Not far from the boardwalk- just a short drive. We will probably stay again!
