"My husband and our dogs spent the week here and it was everything we needed. Just be warned that the house is located at the bottom of a steep hill. The only grass available is at the top of the hill. I would recommend putting your boat in prior to arriving to the home, as backing it down was difficult. "Our family had an overall excellent stay at Magnolia Cove and would recommend it to anyone. The house was clean and in a great location (grocery store 10 minutes away). If the kids weren't in the pool, they were fishing at the dock. We had a very nice, relaxing week and were visited everyday by a herd of deer. "Our stay at the Mariners Cottage Lake Retreat was wonderful! The house was cozy. The beach lake access is a short walk from the home and not over crowded, it was a very enjoyable environment. Also, the house is very close to the golf cubhouse and the restaurant. The snacks the host left for us was a sweet added bonus.
