Not clean and infested
Dirty cups in cabinets. Pink bacteria and mold on shower walls. Flea infested. It is so hard to get a hold of management. They dont answer calls or emails. Check in process was fine however the directions are misprinted and theres no one to call. They send us to 5th floor and we were on the second. Hauling luggage and a 1 yr old around pregnant is not ideal. The rest of the stay was not great. We paid a huge cleaning and host fee and the property is not very accomadating. They gave ONE laundry pod. And no extra trash bags but still ask that you clean up. There was a power outage when we arrived (no fault to management) but there were no batteries in the numerous LED candles. So what is the point? We bought matches to light one single candle and tried to light the wickless old damaged citronella candle on the patio. I also let them know i was 30+ weeks pregnant. Which means i cant be around things like insecticides. I was hit with a strong odor of insecticide upon arrival and thought maybe no bugs... wrong. There were sand fleas all over us. We all woke up covered in bites. It rained most of the time there so we did not spend time on the beach to track anything in. Later i learned they sprayed the day before because of a chart inside one of the cabinets. I dont recommend although i love the palmas del mar resort. Crescent beach was disappointing to say the least.
If you need anythingggg you must pack it or buy while there... including trashbags.
