-The hosts are friendly, generous, and accessible and provide helpful information about PEI.
-The location is on PEI Route #2 which is more or less the main east-west highway and very convenient to Anne of Green Gables sites and a popular eating location, New Glasgow Lobster Suppers. The Confederation Trail is also a two minute walk away.
-The B&B is super clean, part of the reason is it is undergoing remodeling and everything is new, but it is also cleaned very well.
-The bed was very comfortable. The hosts invested in a quality mattress.
-There is a complimentary washing machine and dryer with detergent provided. I came home with mostly clean clothes.
-Excessive noise wakes me at night and even through the B&B is on PEI #2 the room stays quiet.
What to expect (I'm not putting these as dislikes because I was fine with them; others may not be):
-The breakfast is continental with coffee, tea, milk, yogurt, juice, cheese sticks, fruit, and bread. There is a toaster for the bread. My experience with B&B's is usually there is a fuller breakfast with eggs, bacon/sausage, pastries/muffins/pancakes/waffles. This is why "Breakfast" is part of the name of B&B's. Breakfast for me is usually coffee so I didn't miss out.
-The bathroom is shared between the three rooms in the B&B. My wife and I were the only guests for two nights, and the third night a group of tidy, young women joined us as guests. But a bunch of slobs/bathroom hogs could have been guests also.
