Most gorgeous home on Sunset Beach! Magnificent in everyway!
Oh my gosh.................where to start. Everything was just so beautiful, relaxing and wonderful. We could not ask for anything finer. Gorgeous view, super clean home and stocked very well. Super comfy beds, great game room and amazing top deck. Great family adventure home. Host was fantastic. We're excited about returning again!

Wonderful Family Vacation
The location of the property could not be any better and the house was great for our group. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms... with a great roof top deck and game room. The house was walking distance to all sorts of restaurants. Just a few things to keep in mind... There are a LOT of stairs, so be mindful if you have a toddler. With the exception of pepper & salt shakers and coffee filters, if you want to cook you will need to bring EVERYTHING. There is no butter, oil, etc. Bring your shampoo, there is none provided. The 10am checkout is a bit tough for a large group, especially since they ask you to run the dishwasher and put the dishes away (we had time to run it but not put anything away before we had to leave). We would definitely come back.

Great location!

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at this property for a little over a week. You couldn't ask for a nicer location or better proximity to the beach. The view off of the top floor was to die for and the family particularly enjoyed the game room. Over all an excellent stay.

Fabulous house and location
Although my 6 girlfriends and I live within 6 to 25 miles away from this house, what a fabulous staycation. The house is even better than the pictures. Lots of bathrooms, comfy beds, and the beach and views can't be beat. We had plans to walk to Captain Jacks restaurant for dinner one night, but canceled because we could just not leave our view. We walked down to Sea Legs Grill and listen to some music on the beach, and other than other walks on the beach, we could not leave this house, the upper deck, or the sand below. For those of you not familiar with the beach here, it is very walkable for miles. Yes, there are stairs in the house, and 5 of us are active 70-year-olds, and it was little of a workout after 3 days, but not a problem. High end features, beautiful molding (although baseboards could use a little touch up paint), viking stove, stainless steel handrails with glass on stairways, nicely decorated, etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Salty Hair and Sandy Toes
I think this is one of only a few ocean front neighborhoods in SoCal that doesn't have a boardwalk separating the property and sand... VERY COOL! Because we're a large family, we appreciated the number of bedrooms available under one roof. Speaking of roof, the upper deck is fantastic for morning coffee and a newspaper read, though most of us couldn't take our eyes of the ocean. I think I read the front page three times and still don't know what it said. But that's the point of a place like this... mental detox. The neighborhood amenities are great: grocery and Starbucks on the other side of the PCH, and other bars and local restaurants also within walking distance. Stand up paddle board rentals also on the other side of the PCH for a paddle around the Huntington Harbor (a local told me they have a fun Christmas boat parade on the water). Well worth the time off and a great value versus a hotel. We'll be back.

Just walking into the property I was blown away! The gigantic picture window looking out onto the Pacific Ocean just took my breath away. Tons of room for everyone, modern amenities, furnished rooftop deck - I really couldn't ask for more, was definitely pleased!

Amazing Home!
This property is amazing for large groups/family. Just be ready to get a leg work out. Multi level gorgeous home. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. Super short walk to the beach. Plenty of beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards. Did not use the grill or fireplaces. Walking distant to multiple restaurants. If you want coffee on the top deck in the mornings, i would recommend bringing in the cushions in at night. They get super wet. Definitely will book again. Quick break down of the levels: Floor 1: front door and garage. Floor 2: 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath (1 king, bunk room) Floor 3: kitchen/living with powder room and King en suite Floor 4: 2 bedroom 2 bath (1 king room with 1 en-suite, 1 king room, 1 full bath) Floor 5: game room / roof top deck.

This was our forth year at property and we are booked for next year. We love it. Only 2 concerns, Master bathroom has mold. Health concern and front door lock was broken on arrival and not repaired during stay leading to safety concerns. R.A.

Beautiful home on the sand
House was lovely with plenty of room for our 10 person family. The rooftop deck and game room was our fave spot, and the views were stunning!! Only negative was that showers in all bathrooms had black mold in the grout between tiles on floors/walls ceilings. Maybe time for a new cleaning crew.

Spectacular view and lots to love about this house
Things we loved were the ocean view, on the beach, comfortable beds, game room with pool table and six cues with new tips, shuffleboard, a bar, a nice sofa, and a door out to the huge deck that lots of seating, a fireplace and grill. In the dining/living room a dining table with eight chairs we used mostly to play board games. A large, comfortable sofa and TV. The kitchen was well stocked. Several TVs throughout and they were all in good working order and with streaming channels. Five bedrooms on three levels was nice so families could sort of group together. This was great but keep in mind it means quite a few stairs. The only negative was the dishwasher was useless, it really needs to be replaced. I spent the most time in the kitchen so this was an inconvenience. We would stay here again for sure.

Sixty-licious Birthday weekend
The house is located fairly central to access to Orange County locations via PCh or freeways. 4 floors-deck is on top floor with great views of the water. On the beach access. Kitchen is stocked with dishes, flatware, and pots/pans. Make sure to bring anything else you need for cooking. The bedrooms are good-they don’t face the water but quiet and spacious. The only room that was a bit of a challenge was the bunk bed room. It really is designed for kids. Hard for adults to fit in those beds comfortably. Bathrooms are plentiful with good water pressure and no one had to really share except for one. Overall good experience.
