Great location / Very comfortable home
It was nice to wake up each morning to the beautiful lake view and fall colors. The house is wonderfully stocked and has everything needed for a comfortable stay.

House was nice & outdoor areas were very unique & enjoyable. However there wasn't a key left for us to enter the home upon arriving and the host was incredibly rude. Once she figured out her error (mistaking oour rental for her other property??)

Great place!
This place is peaceful and well stocked. Our family had a great time using the paddle boards and kayaks, games and well stocked kitchen. The dock was a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and and a drink....

The owner, Angela, was so easy to work with, and her Communication with any questions was always very prompt. We stayed during our daughters wedding, it was beautiful and special day for us. And we were so grateful Angela allowed us to stay at her cottage.

Absolute Dream Catcher Greeted with Fireflies
This cottage is the epitome of relaxation. The area is very quiet night and day. Parking is more than adequate and very handy. There are a number of steps but the landscaping nicely breaks them up so that there are no long runs of steps. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare simple to large meals. The entire property is clean and well organized. Every evening, we were treated to a different beautiful sunset depending on the clouds and breeze. We greatly enjoyed bird watching from the cottage and kayaks. One evening, while sitting on the dock, we were treated to 5 large pelicans silently paddling a mere 20 feet away. We will be back!!

Just fantastic!
This property was perfect for our family of four and two couple friends. We loved the sunsets, kayaking, watching the fish jump, tubing behind a pontoon we rented, and hiking in the marsh nearby. The place was CLEAN. There were pantry staples in the cupboard and fridge, and the owners were not fussy about us leaving food for the next renter (for example, we had an unopened carton of eggs we left). There was Tupperware for us to use for leftovers! The WiFi was great; 8 of us on at a time, one on a zoom conference, and no issues. Best part were the owners, who were responsive and kind. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect in every way!
This home made us feel like home! It smelled so good when we got there and was very clean. Furniture and beds were comfy. Backyard made for fun fires and perfect sunsets. We used canned corn to fish for carp. They loved it. It was close to so many little towns. Best golf was at Horicorn golf course.

So relaxing
Cottage was super clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing lake weekend. Fishing for catfish off the deck was fun. Caught an 8 pounder the first night. The Sinissippi Pub is a must. It is just down the road. Great food and service.

Highly recommend this lake house. Perfect for enjoying the lake!
Super clean and well-appointed lake house. Our group of 6 were very comfortable. We really enjoyed using the 2 kayaks, the canoe, and the 2 paddle boards. Parking was easy and we were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen and bathrooms were so well stocked with essentials. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing Stay
Everything was perfect - We rented a pontoon from the local marina and just relaxed on the lake. Communicaton with the owner was outstanding - I can't think of anything I would change with the property. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful cottage on the lake
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Angela’s property. The cottage was located in a quiet area, yet it was still close to town. The cottage itself was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was a fully equipped kitchen, and three bedrooms. There were also 2 kayaks and two paddleboards to use on the lake. The best part of the cottage was the private deck overlooking the lake and the beautiful sunsets. We spent many hours relaxing on the deck, swimming in the lake, and fishing off the dock and tubing behind our boat. There was also a gas fire pit on the Patio, which was perfect for roasting marshmallows and enjoying the evenings. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage by the lake. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind with our family. I would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway or some water fun.

Great summer vacation!
The boyfriend and I stayed there for a week and enjoyed every second of it. I would highly recommend this place, especially when the weather is nice and warm like it was for us during our stay. Angela was very communicative throughout our stay. We had fun kayaking around the lake. And on days when the waves were a little too big, I brought one of the chairs down to the dock and just enjoyed the view. That sunset was beautiful every single night. It was perfect. I appreciated that the dock was perfectly situated in the sunlight during the day too so I could sit or lay out there and suntan. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a different meal every night. And the boyfriend enjoyed using the grill on top of all that. The internet was speedy and never lagged and we could watch just and anything on the TV's. The king size bed was huge and comfy. We appreciated the extra fan in the basement bedroom so big thanks to the host for looking out. And we were surprised that the queen bed upstairs was a Serta. Super comfy mattress and pillows. All that being said, the outdoor space was my favorite part. 100% would recommend. Plan on staying here again next summer. Thanks to Angela for being such a great host!

Great house
We really enjoyed our stay. Check in and out was easy. Communication with owner was great. Used the kayaks and paddle boards to explore the lake and small islands. Rented a pontoon from local marina and went tubing one day. Had bonfires at night and enjoyed the great view. Would stay here again.

Great summer getaway
I had a great week at this house on Sinissippi Lake. My kids came for half of the week and we all enjoyed the house, swimming, evenings by the fire, and getting on the lake on the kayaks, SUPs, and canoe. Angela was a great communicator and everything was as expected. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. The white pelicans that inhabit the area were a fun surprise, and the sunsets were amazing.

Can’t wait to go back
We had such a fabulous time relaxing and having fun at this beautiful house. It exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to go back. Angela was so friendly and easy to communicate with. The home was so comfortable and there was so much to do with the lake being just steps away. The water was warm and we loved swimming and boating. It was an excellent trip and we really can’t wait to go back. Our 5 kids ages 6 to 16 had so much fun. The neighbors are so kind as a bonus!
