"整體都非常棒！ 但飯店人員英文不是人人都好，溝通上有點困擾。 早餐不優，晚上自助餐cp值更是一言難盡，寧可去吃超商買的，同行友人一致認為餐飲方面真的有待改進。 網上預約DIY，明明就顯示成功，現場報到時卻說：沒有預約資料，大人、小孩都傻眼。 官網訊息和現場不同步，回程想搭接駁車去車站，官網上早班車10：00啟航，結果現場說要11點才第一班。 但以整體住宿品質來說，還是不錯的,謝謝。"
