Amazing House
Stayed at this house for our annual cape vacation with our family. The house is beautiful and more than met our high expectations. The house is well cared for and well stocked. It offers a nice flow with a flexible floor plan that provides ample room to gather and space for private time. The water views are amazing - better than the pictures. The hosts, Donna and Felis were easy to work with - hands on. We have been doing the cape for 6 years and this was our best experience. We hope to return next year.

We spent the week with family(ages 4-64). Every single one of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Gorgeous house. Amazing views. Plenty of room to spread out. Dining area big enough for 12+ diners. House was equipped with everything we needed. The only downside was we had to leave!

Family Vacation
Our extended family stayed to celebrate my Dad’s 70th and the house was perfect! Plenty of room, comfortable beds, and the little beach you can walk to is a gem. Recommend going for the Fourth which was a special time to be there for the local parade!

Beautiful property, wonderful hosts
This was our second multigenerational visit to this home and we are already looking forward to the third. We love this property because it's a destination in itself, with a layout featuring plenty of room for both gathering and privacy as well as remarkable water views and access. The recent remodel has added a luxurious first-floor king bedroom with ensuite bath, an inviting dining area that easily accommodates large groups, a spacious kitchen island with generous seating, and a brand-new deck. As always, we appreciated the large fenced yard with its row of Adirondack chairs, which allow adults to relax while kids and dogs safely play; grandparents often caught their breath and a sunset on the private deck off the second-floor master suite. This year we were particularly grateful for the top-notch AC (we visited during a heat wave) and the convenient laundry facilities. It's clear that the hosts are hospitality pros, as they are excellent communicators and spare no effort to ensure the comfort and convenience of their guests. This place sparkles in every way. Highly recommended.

This home was wonderful. Perfect for a large family, incredible location and so well stocked from towels to the Kitchen. Easy to entertain, Hard to not just sit on the deck and enjoy the view. Will be back!

Beautiful water front views! House was perfect for all 5 couples, and room to spare! Kitchen had everything we needed, even for a clam bake. Fantastic Gem

Words cannot describe how fabulous this property was! The views were amazing! The beach is walking distance from the property. It has more than enough of room to accommodate a large number of guest. Everything you would need to make your stay comfortable it was provided. If you had any questions the owners responded quickly. The property is less than 10 minutes from Main Street which is a melting pot of diversity which we loved! If you book this property you will not be disappointed!

Friends Reunion
Great kitchen, dining room, and plenty of bedrooms allowed for a wonderful friends reunion where everyone had their own space. We cooked big dinners and could all eat together with wonderful water views. Will definitely be back!

Views and
House views were the highlight of our stay. Location on an estuary gave us the chance to observe tides and wildlife not to mention stunning sunrises/sunsets. Extended family members ranging in age from 88 to 57 were able to navigate the multple floors but all would have appreciated comfort height toilets and some grab bars especially in the 1st floor powder room. All in all a pleasant stay.

Delightful Stay
The owners of the home are wonderful, very easy to work with and make sure everything is great. We were so very pleased when we walked in, absolutely beautiful views EVERYWHERE! End of Summer Get-away
This was the perfect end of summer gathering for my husband and I, our adult children and their partners. We thoroughly enjoyed the property, the views, the backyard area and private beach, and the surrounding areas. The host was extremely responsive to our needs. The BEST
I’ve rented a number of homes on Cape Cod and this home is by far the best! The home is in excellent shape and very clean. The workmanship of the home and the quality of the furnishings is top notch. Working with the hosts was also extremely easy. They provide more than enough essentials as well as beach towels, chairs, kayaks and bikes. The small neighborhood beach is nice, and the kayaks allow you to get to a more private beach setting when it is high tide and you don’t want to swim over. We enjoyed bird watching (egrets, osprey, cranes, swans, cormorants, etc). The third floor is ideal for a group of kids — beautiful and many beds to sleep. My family and I didn’t want to come home.

Great extended family getaway!
Pictures do not do this place justice, the views are amazing and the house is so well maintained. We had a group of 15 ranging in age from 5 to 65 and had a wonderful time. Donna has thought of everything - plenty of dishes and silverware, towels to last longer than your stay, kayaks, life jackets, bikes, helmets! Unlike many Cape houses where you have to pack lots of extra buts, this house was fully stocked. The little beach was a favorite and access to kayaks was a great add. We will definitely be back!
