"We stayed at Oma & Opa's cabin for 2 nights while preparing for an extended wilderness trip. We had a slight hiccup finding it, as the link wasn't able to pinpoint the location completely. Our hosts were very quick to respond with directions and we were soon enjoying the gorgeous views of their property. The cabin is an absolute delight! "I don’t know if this host has other properties in Whitehorse or not but if he does, I’m sure it will be just as wonderful as this one. The unit we had was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, it was just as advertised, conveniently located with a major grocery store, drug store, and many restaurants within easy walking distance. "Christine's place served us well. We are two senior couples on a bucket list tour of the Canadian North. Easy to find and well equipped, although we only ate breakfast in the home. The only negative and a minor one at that, was that the hot water in the family bathroom never got very hot. Only luke warm. No biggie but we could not understand because all of the other hot water was piping hot. Overall 9.75/10 "

"Reading lights beside the bed would be nice and dimmers on the lights, way to bright. Bathroom looked like there was some work done and then taken apart, please finish. The bed was great and easy to get downtown. It’s a brand new subdivision with a lot of construction and it’s windy."

"Spotless, comfortable, welcoming, quiet accommodations. Well stocked kitchen and many nice touches, right down to a bowl of chocolates, local popcorn and coffee to enjoy. Nice to have blackout curtains in each bedroom. Beds very comfortable. Being a bit out of town, great place for star gazing & watching Northern lights. Would definitely stay here again."

The apartment supplied by Anson on our return was spacious and new and worked out great. We have used this host 6 times and other than last minute changes of location and last minute sign in information he is excellent. "
