My Honest Review
At check-in, we entered the access code, but the door wouldn't unlock. The door seemed to have some issues and wasn't working correctly. We spent 20 to 30 minutes trying to unlock the door before contacting the property owner for assistance. After we accessed it, a call informed us of the broken hot tub. A technician will arrive shortly, the caller confirmed. Unfortunately, the promised technician didn't show up. We looked forward to relaxing in the hot tub, but it stayed broken throughout our visit. One of the restrooms had a toilet with a loose and unstable structure. Lack of light made grilling outside the cabin difficult, prompting us to use a flashlight. The cabin's lighting was low, leaving the back dark. While enjoying the fire pit, my chair collapsed, likely due to age-related damage. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience; just had some challenges. The hot tub disappointed me the most during my experience. At the final moment, I learned that it had issues. I heard repairs would start soon, but they didn't happen. We had to buy our own trash bags and towels since none were available. Some towels and washcloths were available, but not enough for everyone. The dining room door needs fixing; it locks automatically when you try to go back in, making you walk around to the front. The cabin needs updates and repairs. They only offered us a later checkout.

Convenient and Plenty of Space
Enjoyed having lots of room for all ages and being extremely close to town. Friendly hosts. Great price. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t working and there were a couple of very minor things the host probably didn’t know about, so we left a note for them. Would stay here again! It’s not super fancy but it was clean and you can’t beat the price.

Thanksgiving week 2024
The house was in the perfect location. Close to all the activities we had planned. Quiet wooded area surrounded the house and fire pit which made it really nice to enjoy with the family. The house fit 13 people perfectly. The only issue we had was getting in upon arrival due to dead bolt being locked. Once we were in, the rest of the stay was great!

Perfect for our family reunion
The property was great for our family reunion. We slept 12 comfortably. Only issue we had had to due with our age. Many of us are elderly, and there were only two bedrooms on the main floor. 3 nice BR upstairs and a hallway bed. Two BR down and 1 and 1/2 up so we were never crowded. There was some wear and tear showing but overall the facility was great for our group. We especially liked the large living room which allowed us all to sit around a visit. Kitchen was well stocked. Mosquitoes were not bad. Area was pleasant and had some activities.

Home needs repair and maintenance-disappointed in this rental
Our group of 13 was extremely disappointed in the VRBO rental on this trip. We stay in VRBOs almost exclusively when we are out of town so we have a good understanding of what we should expect for the price. If there had only been 1 or 2 issues we would have just racked it up to it being the holiday season (New Year’s weekend). However, it was obvious that several of these items were not recent problems & I strongly encourage the owners to visit the property more often so they can experience what we did. First off, there were several items thorughout the house that were either broken or in need of repair: curtain rod & light in living room; 2 burners on stove did not work; lighting in dining room & outside too dim; holes in deck; broken jets in hot tub; mildew smell in hot tub; several mattresses need to be replaced or flipped & turned; some ceiling fans did not work properly; also several walls should be repainted-very dirty. Secondly, kitchen & bath items need to be reviewed: only 1/2 roll of paper towels; only 2 trash bags (msgd mgmt & they suggested to roll the trash outside trash can up instead of bringing us more); no "complimentary tolietries"; not enough clean towels; no spatula for kitchen or grill; no regular sized skillet. Finally, should be more upfront with pics of the work lot across the street-eye sore.

We had 13, 5 adults 8 kids, plenty of room for everyone! The kids loved the tree house, creek and making a fire every day! Beautiful property! Also, owner was very quick to respond when I needed an answer! Thank you! Your home is beautiful!

Nice cabin, with bedrooms for all six of us. Living room and dining room accommodated our group comfortably and the kitchen was well equipped. Location was easy access and close to the main highway.

Plenty of room for large family
Great property for large families. With 6 plus bedrooms, our family of 13 had an adequate place to sleep for everyone. Property is quiet and pretty secluded yet with in walking distance to the main highway, urgent care, coffee shop and mini golf. That's pretty amazing.

the cabin was very nice and cozy. The settling was awesome. It was very clean and equipped with all the amenities. It was close to several things to do. The only thing was the dryer door was broke and wouldn’t shut.

Great management - property needs work
Our stay was good and we had plenty of space. Management was quick to respond and willing to help when needed. However, there are a few things that need to be addressed and/or upgraded. Management is aware of these things and have said they will address them. This property will be ideal once the fixes are taken care of.

Great family getaway
We had a great stay. It's a large property on a wooded large lot. It is more in town than it appears in the pictures but that was not a problem for us. The living room is larger than it appears in the pictures. There are two steps that lead from the living room to the kitchen dining area and 2 downstairs bedrooms. This was a small issue for my mom who is in her 70s and has trouble on steps. The 4 remaining bedrooms are upstairs along with a daybed and trundle. We had plenty of room in our group of 11 (5 kids, 6 adults). There was enough separate space and enough together space so we weren't on top of each other. The kids loved the tree fort outside. There is also a closet full of games, both indoor and outdoor. We had a great time.

Great Time in Broken Bow
I thought that the property was clean and accommodated everyone comfortably. The only complaint that any of us had was that looking at the property on VRBO it appears as though the house is isolated and in the woods. However, it actually sits right across the road from an RV trailer park and close to the main road through town. Maybe I should have done more research. At the end of the day the House worked great for the Surprise Birthday Party for my wife with all the family there together.

This property is amazing. It has all the convenience from sleeping arrangement, bathroom needs, spacious and catered to the adult ladies who were in attendance. I highly recommend this property. Location and access to all venues we visited was incredible. This property is a sure thumbs up.

Great space for a large family getaway
My husband and I with our two children and 6 grandchildren enjoyed space to be together and separate. We had a fire outdoors around the fire pit each night, played games and hiked in the nearby State Park. It was the perfect way to start the new year together.

Our stay
I wrote in evolve . But the home was spacious. The location was central . If you are looking for a view this place not it. But that did not bother us . It was clean . The only thing is we didn’t have enough towels . Each bedroom did not have a tv . And the upstairs tub was clogged. The owners remedy everything very quickly . As was apologetic. If you got kids that need tv , take tablets and have a hot spot . All minor things , we loved the beauty of the house and would def stay again and recommend.

Family time
My family and I had an amazing time at this property. The air conditioner went out upstairs and the property manager was right on it when I called. The air was fixed within and hour. There are a couple of things that need work like the hot tube and the lighting in that area but other than that this is a good property to stay at.
