My Honest Review
At check-in, we entered the access code, but the door wouldn't unlock. The door seemed to have some issues and wasn't working correctly. We spent 20 to 30 minutes trying to unlock the door before contacting the property owner for assistance. After we accessed it, a call informed us of the broken hot tub. A technician will arrive shortly, the caller confirmed. Unfortunately, the promised technician didn't show up. We looked forward to relaxing in the hot tub, but it stayed broken throughout our visit. One of the restrooms had a toilet with a loose and unstable structure. Lack of light made grilling outside the cabin difficult, prompting us to use a flashlight. The cabin's lighting was low, leaving the back dark. While enjoying the fire pit, my chair collapsed, likely due to age-related damage. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience; just had some challenges. The hot tub disappointed me the most during my experience. At the final moment, I learned that it had issues. I heard repairs would start soon, but they didn't happen. We had to buy our own trash bags and towels since none were available. Some towels and washcloths were available, but not enough for everyone. The dining room door needs fixing; it locks automatically when you try to go back in, making you walk around to the front. The cabin needs updates and repairs. They only offered us a later checkout.
