Great breakfast buffet and service
"Nice stay but was packed with tours and tourists and got chaotic and noisy in the dining hall, lobby and onsen resting areas. Front desk staff were helpful and breakfast buffet were excellent. Could have been a much better experience only if the hotel was less crowded and noisy."

"Spacious and very close to slopes. Tucked away at edge of Kitanomine side which made it quiet and easy to park. Kitchen had everything we needed, and there was washer/dryer. English directions for how to use everything. Would definitely stay again!"
