"It was our 3rd stay here. It’s a great little place with everything you need though the oven lacks numbers on the dials which is a bit awkward. There are a lot of stairs and they are a bit uneven so be careful if not too steady on your feet. The communal areas could do with an upgrade but the flat itself is very nicely decorated with a great balcony and view."

"The house was perfect for our birthday celebrations for our parents. There were 18 of us but there was still so much room. The house is huge! It was a quick walk down to the seafront and a handy Lidli was close by. We enjoyed the hot tub and the views out to sea. Some of the decor is a little tired but didn’t detract from our stay. It had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend!"

"Comprehensive directions to the property which we found sparkling clean and spacious. Lovely lounge area with tv and dvd. Great beds and bath/shower rooms. Outside sit around the large garden table with a glass of something and watch the beautiful sunset across the valley."

"We had a short break for 2 nights over christmas day, There was a Christmas tree and lights put up for us as well as some welcome gifts left for our arrival. The lodge was spotless, well equipped and warm! There was 6 of us including my 83year old nan who has mobility issues and there was no problems at all The view was fab you could hear the church bells in the distance as well as one morning you could hear the wolves howling from the nearby zoo! "A great place to stay with lots of space. We were a group of 3 generations and we fitted in perfectly. Easy walk into Ilfracombe, which had plenty to see and do. Lovely walks and pubs. We could easily park on the road, even during half term holidays. Nice drive to many places. A lovely place to stay."

"Older single friends wanting a change from the usual Christmas aloneness!!We had some lovely long walks & bought fresh seafood from Ilfracombe for Christmas lunch which we enjoyed in the garden room with a wonderful view of Lee Bay!The village pub was perfect for early drinks & the odd meal. Local people extremely friendly. Will definitely come again sometime."

"We had a wonderful stay ilfracombe, the view from the flat was breathtaking. The flat had everything we needed and the beds were super comfy and the bathroom was gorgeous. It was lovely to wake up to the sound of the Seagulls so much to do and the ability to relax at the same time. Really loved our stay would definitely recommend"

"We stayed for 4 nights between Christmas and Nee Year. All of the staff were lovely and so accommodating. We had a dog with us, who was welcome in all areas of the hotel. We food is delicious lots of choices for breakfast and main meals. Cannot wait to book to stay again. "
