"My wife and son had the most delightful 4 night stay in this wonderful cottage in the heart of Boughton with only 2 mins walk to the centre. From begining to end everything was a breeze. Ease of location, parking, entry, cleanliness upstairs downstairs, comfort, good facilities, overall it was perfect. Even on arrival the owners had left a "sweet"surprise for my wife's celebration - a very nice touch for our stay. Thank you.I fully recomend this beautiful property for any length of stay."

"When we opened the door we knew we were somewhere special. The tasteful approach to refurbishing this 1710 cottage was remarkable. We have stayed in many VRBO’s around the world and The Orchard House is without a doubt our favorite. "The cottage is just a described on vrbo. Everything in great condition. We had some issues with the washing machine/tumble dryer. This was solved immediately by Liz an Alan. The owners are very helpful. Thank you both for helping me with my car trouble. We would definitely come back and stay at this location again."

"We were a group of 4 friends who met at University (a long time ago!).We’re spread across the country so this location just off the M40 was ideal. The facilities are great. Where else can you find the exclusive use of a tennis court, swimming pool and a snooker table?! The owner’s communication before and during our stay were first class. Check-in was very easy.No issues at all and you can safely ignore other reviews about the motorhomes causing parking problems -they are blocked parked down...
