"Disappointing service. My room was not cleaned at all. They said cleaning was on request, however they charged as hotel room, not apartment. I will not come back."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt centric hotel The hotel was a great location, the reception kindly gave us a return bus ticket which was very useful. "Mucho ruido, habitaciones sin aislamiento acústico se escucha el respirar de la habitación de al lado, ni te cuento si tienes la oficina de limpieza o almacenaje de toallas o el ascensor al lado, vulnera el primer principio de un hotel, descanso, el poder dormir plácidamente."
