"早く着いたら、早くチェックインさせてくれた。部屋はまぁまぁ。3つ星レベル。窓からの眺めは良い。ベッドは硬く、Wi-Fiは遅め。TVはスマートTVではない。プールがあり、そこからの眺めは良い。朝食ビュッフェはRM21.2。朝食は種類がとても少なく、味も美味しくない。サラダもないし、egg stationも無い。近くのibisの朝食ビュッフェは、３倍くらい種類が豊富で、RM20。朝食はibisの方が良い。"

"到着した時から、スタッフの態度が悪い。全く挨拶もなく、荷物も嫌々ながら運んでいる感じ。複数のスタッフに笑顔や愛想がない。また、Wi-Fiが、一度接続されてもすぐ切れてしまったり、テレビもスマートTVではない上、普通のチャンネルでも接続が悪く、ずっとLoadingのまま止まったりする。（その後Wi-Fiは回復したが、結局テレビは使わなかった）部屋はコンクリート打ちっぱなしで全体的に暗めな上、ライトがとても少なく、夜は特に非常に暗い。窓からの眺めは良い。場所は、市内からとても離れる。後から朝食をつけたが、一人RM２０で安い。種類は多い訳ではないが、ビュッフェでRM20なのでお得だと思う。 ..."

Great property grounds, smelly carpet

"The hotel property and bfast are amazing. Nice pools and pvt beach. Very nice. However, the carpet in the room had a terrible smell. The furniture is a little worn but the bathroom has been updated."

"화장실에 엄청 민감한편인데 나름 청결하고 깔끔했습니다.보안생각하면 카드키찍어야 수영장도가고 입구도ㅠ왔다갔다할수있는데 키가하나여서 아이들있는집은 누구는 아이들보고 누구는 로비에 음식받아오는 역활분담을하기 좀 어렵고 번거로웠습니다 ㅠ키드키 두개씩주시면 좋을것같다는 아쉬움이 있습니다"
