"All was great. This is a working stable with horses and those many that have to care for horses, plus at least one friendly dog. You felt welcomed and that was appreciated. With a 15 minute drive you are in North Berwick and so close to John Muir park and Seacliff. Seacliff is special. The only, and minor, negative was that it was not a peaceful place when we were there- lots of tree trimming (Chain saw) and chipping- so very noisy at times. "Great property! Beautiful house and a beautiful countryside. The owner Gray was very communicative and responded quickly to our needs. The game room was a popular room. A lot of places (restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, and a movie theater) are a 5 minute drive. A note to renters: the building itself is actually three different rentals, so make sure you are going to the right front door. "

"If you want to explore Edinburgh this is a really great location. While compact, we were comfortable as a family of 5, and the kitchen was very well stocked, with some lovely personal touches. Station and supermarket both an easy walk. Very nice."

"We absolutely loved the place, it had everything we needed and more! The pack & play and high chair were set up for us when we arrived with our 2 year old, the kitchen was fully stocked with nice cookwear, cleaning supplies and cooking basics (s&p, oil, etc), and beds were comfortable!
