"Comfy beds, lovely back porch with great views. Every cooking utensil that one could need. I learned to operate a wood stove when needed and loved bringing in wood. At 81 that’s was my challenge!! So many artistic touches the chandelier was my favorite. Had many laughs over navigating the road up the mountain…Wish for a 4 wheel drive but just turn up the music and go! Very restful and fun. "

"There was a reservation glitch & we were moved to a similar location, which turned out alright. The owner was on site and very apologetic, even offering us an extra night (which we were unable to stay for). It's a very nice setting and our stay was comfortable. We would consider staying there again & maybe bringing another couple along to stay in the sister space."

"We loved staying at this cozy home in Galax. Communication was quick and consistent from the start. The house and property was immaculate. The home was just as described but even better in person. Amazing views from every part of the home. The wrap around porch was the perfect way to start our morning with coffee and a sunrise and end with a sunset. The hot tub was an added bonus! We can’t wait to stay here again. "
