The property is nice, and as described, is a newer build, in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, but it isn't what I would consider Luxe. The house is spacious and has everything you'd need, but nothing is particularly fancy or luxurious. There are actually a lot of cobwebs and spiders. My other feedback is the beds are all very hard and quite uncomfortable, and the cabinets & drawers are extremely difficult to open, as they have no hardware. The patio slider doesn't slide closed correctly, and is therefore difficult to close. The first night was really rough, because after a 14 hour drive, we spent the night being woken up every two hours from the smoke detectors malfunctioning. The host did send a maintenance person the second day,, but we ultimately ended up disconnecting them to stop the chirping. Lastly, the host didn't seem very responsive after the smoke detector issue. I contacted to inform him that we were leaving a day early and get check out instructions, but didn't get a reply back. A decent stay, but definitely not Luxe.
